The dentist came back in and told him he needed all of his teeth removed and get dentures. And told him it could be done the following week. Very unprofessional. His teeth DoNot need to removed. He refuses to ever go to an Aspen Dental ever again, especially with that dentist he saw. This was all submitted to insurance. There is now a balance that was rejected by insurance. I spoke with a representative from Aspen and the office itself, without resolution. They just kept repeating the X-rays were explained and consented by the patient. UNTRUE! No resolution. Just a brick wall. And all the blaim is placed on the patient.

I like how there are TVs on the ceilings and the kids get to pick a Netflix show of their choice while their teeth are being cleaned. I like how the kids are given sunglasses to wear when being examined under the bright light. I like it. There are extra staff available to assist with x-rays. My kids enjoy the coins they earn and the prize machine they give out fun toothbrushes with popular characters on them. My kids all enjoy coming to the dentist, even if they have a cavity.

Every single time we go there is some issue with scheduling or billing or something else in which they cannot seem to get their act together so that they are properly organized; and on top of that they are unfailingly rude, unempathetic, and discourteous even though their lack of professionalism is the source of issues. Today was the last straw. They made us jump through hoops to get our current provider memeber ID, insisting that they could not look it up using SSN. After making several phone calls and much time wasted, they give us a paper which does not require the member ID, but only requires SSN to find the insurer... long story short they refuse to even acknowledge blaming us and lying that they even said what they clearly had said. The doctors allow this horrendous front office for years so it must come from the top. The doctor himself could care less about your experience, his attitude was literally just "pay us or we can't see your kids". !!!!STAY AWAY!!!!
