The interior is amazing and in immaculate clean condition. Each room has a cool theme for the children. The waiting room has toys, and they even offer beverages for the adults while they wait. Dr. Joe was also amazing. They know right what to do and say to make the visit easy for the kids. Hands on techniques to let the kids experience different tools themselves before they are used on them. So glad we chose this dentist, and am looking forward to our next visit. Five Stars!

Later, we received a bill for SEVERAL HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS that we were not expecting. What's more concerning is the lack of communication afterward. We were told we would receive a call back to discuss the billing issue, but NO ONE ever followed up. Patients deserve transparency when it comes to treatment and costs, as well as timely communication,especially when there are billing concerns. I hope the office improves in both areas so other patients do not have a similar experience The manager is super rude and kept telling us she would call us back with an update, It has been over 2 months now.

I called her office because my husband was experiencing severe tooth pain and they advertised as having emergency service, but when I called, they told me they were closing at five, so they gave me the next appointment which was not until the following morning. The minute she walked into the room, without even greeting us, she looked into his mouth for about five seconds and said she couldn't do anything because he needed oral surgery. I replied that we couldn't afford it, and she answered "You'll have to." Then, without any suggestions or advice, even so much as prescribing a painkiller, she gave us a referral to an oral surgeon and walked out without even saying goodbye. The next day we went to the dental clinic at U.Conn, where a dentist diagnosed him with an infected tooth, prescribed an antibiotic, and we were told to come back in a few days for an extraction. Dr. Gramse is one of the coldest fish I have ever met. She is apathetic, discourteous, unprofessional, and, worst of all, downright negligent - as evidenced by her refusal to diagnose an obvious and treatable condition. I would not recommend her under any circumstance. You'd be better off tying your tooth to a doorknob and slamming the door. I would give her negative stars if it were possible.
