They also tried to tell me multiple times that they are out of network for my insurance, yet I have verified, with my insurance provider, that we do NOT have a dental network and can see whoever we would like. They prefer to have me pay for what "they think I owe" prior to sending to my insurance first. They have very limited time frames for appointments and it takes 10 months to get a wellness visit. Thrilled to be leaving after 3 years with them for a much more accommodating pediatric dentist. Also of note, the actual dentist here is not very warm with children, and makes parents feel as if they are ruining their children's teeth if they eat any snack that is not a raw carrot. Honestly, don't waste your time bringing your children here.

Received an over the top malicious phone call from someone at their office demanding I pay immediately and how could I not pay my bill for so long and how it was for so much money ($300-really?!). When asked if she or someone else from their office could call my husband as the insurance was through them I was asked if I was divorced? Extremely unprofessional. We won't be back.

His staff is also wonderful and knowledgable. They all instill proper dental hygiene habits to their patients ( and informing again to parents of what to look out for), in a non threatening, pleasant way. I can honestly recommend this practice for any parents (and I do tell anyone who will listen) searching for a quality pediatric dental practice. To me, they are top shelf, and most importantly, my kids think so too. They always leave with a smile, well partly because Dr. Wrubel makes balloon animals or hats for every kid if they want one. Sadly, this year, my 15 yr old declined. The neat thing was, the good doctor still offered with a smile.

Going to the dentist can be overwhelming with a toddler. My son does not let anyone beside his parents brush his teeth. We were able to sing songs before opening his mouth to check his teeth. Took a few songs, but it worked out. I just want him to be familiar with opening mouth and brushing teeth with other people besides us. The workers in the front were lovely and helpful checking us in. The office is on the second floor and there's a slide you can come down that leads to the first floor. That's very catchy and enjoyable for the kids. My son loves to look at the fishes in the office as well. Thank you Dr. K!

Everything was straightforward and made me feel very comfortable. The staff was amazing and friendly and I would definitely come back again if I have problems with my teeth in the future. I got my wisdom tooth taken out on October 18 yesterday and everything went out perfectly fine. I wasn't bloated and it almost look like I didn't get my teeth taken out because everything was done the right way. Dr. Maguire was my surgeon and he was terrific. I am scared when it comes to needles but he made it painless and quick! I got prescribed pain meds right away and now I can move and talk just fine! Today they are also running behind. It would be nice if they had some type of system to let me know how late they are running because I usually come in during my lunch break. This way I won't be out of the office for too long. Otherwise great service, super attentive, and convenient location. There is no parking lot here so make sure you park on the street. If you're a first time patient you also get a nice swag bag with some goodies too!
