So this was my mom's dental office. Then she referred me, then my uncle. Then I brought my kid,…read morethen I referred my husband. And, none of us have had an issues and continue to come here! Everyone is friendly and personable and talks to you like a friend they just saw last month, not just a couple times a year. They don't try to sell you thing you don't need or make you replace fillings before it needs to be done. It doens't (and never has) felt like a money grab where they tell you to do things that you don't need to get done. Unless you want to, I mean they won't talk you out of a teeth whitening if that's what you want. LOL The parking lot is a bit of the pain since it's one lane so you have to be careful to follow the rules and let the traffic coming in have the right of way, but you get used to it! At least there's parking, for free. You're not paying in a garage so there's that, and that means something in downtown WeHa. Highly recommend if you're looking for a dental practice!

I have to admit, I have been coming here with both of my girls since they got their first teeth…read more(they are 12 and 13 now) and this is the first time I've been this disappointed with the lack of organization with the appointments. First when I was contacted to remind me about the appointments, the receptionist only was aware of one of my daughters appointments even though I head back to back scheduled. There was no insight into whether in the Invisalign trays needed to be with us or not we have never had to bring them before. The day of the appointment we get here my first daughter goes in and she's told that she needs her in Vizza line said to make sure that as the filling is completed that the Invisalign trays fits and I'm asked if I can go back home and grab them I respond that it would be another 40 minutes before I would be back so they proceed without it my older daughter comes outside I'm in the car due to Covid and I'm told that I'm waiting for a call from my younger daughter to get called in we proceed to sit in the car for another 20-25 minutes, I call back and they say they're ready for us now. Then the secretary (who's new to me) comes out and questions whether my younger daughter ate something - yes she did, she's 12 and was hungry and there's only so much I can control. So here I am face to face with a judge mental women telling me my daughter might throw up if they proceed with filling the cavity....I really don't need judgement on my parenting! All in all, I miss Marci who worked the front desk (not sure if she's still there as I can't go inside)...just seems to be very corporate now and not the personal touch that used to exist, also a bit disorganized.

I had a very disappointing experience with this dental practice. As a single mom working full time,…read moreI arranged for my sister-in-law to take my children to their appointments because I take their dental care seriously and wanted to make sure they stayed on schedule with their cleanings. Unfortunately, when she arrived with my children, they were refused service because a "parent or legal guardian" was not present. At no point during scheduling was I informed that this would be required, otherwise I never would have arranged for someone else to bring them. I was also told that I had never completed the new patient paperwork, even though it had been submitted over three months earlier. Because of this, my children's biannual cleanings are now delayed. What was most upsetting was that when I called to reschedule, the office refused to reschedule the appointments and declined to continue seeing my children as patients. Overall, I found the experience extremely frustrating and disappointing, especially given how important preventive dental care is for children.
