They also tried to tell me multiple times that they are out of network for my insurance, yet I have verified, with my insurance provider, that we do NOT have a dental network and can see whoever we would like. They prefer to have me pay for what "they think I owe" prior to sending to my insurance first. They have very limited time frames for appointments and it takes 10 months to get a wellness visit. Thrilled to be leaving after 3 years with them for a much more accommodating pediatric dentist. Also of note, the actual dentist here is not very warm with children, and makes parents feel as if they are ruining their children's teeth if they eat any snack that is not a raw carrot. Honestly, don't waste your time bringing your children here.

Apparently, the insurance (Aetna) was not paying for the cleaning due to issues with the date of service being input wrong on their end. Received an over the top malicious phone call from someone at their office demanding I pay immediately and how could I not pay my bill for so long and how it was for so much money ($300-really?!). When asked if she or someone else from their office could call my husband as the insurance was through them I was asked if I was divorced? Extremely unprofessional. We won't be back.

(I wish I could just rate his staff here.) The front desk girls are very rude. I once arrived 10 min late in a snowstorm. By the time I walked in, I already had a rude message from one of the front-desk girls asking when I wanted to reschedule my appointment! The waiting area was empty, so we did not hold anyone up. Bad customer service i thought... At the same time, I have waited up to 30 minutes to be seen before... If you can tolerate these rude front ladies, then I would see this doc. We were freaked out but Dr. Kown took her right away, he informed us of her options and what to expect in the future including possible complications as an adult since she is still growing and the crack is next to the nerve. We now feel well prepared what to expect for the future and how to care for her filling. Dr. Kwon is not only knowledgeable, but very skilled, the front tooth filling looks PERFECT! Service wise everyone here is great. My only issue is every time I come in I never get seen at my…read moreappointment time. My last visit I was seen 30 minutes later than my appointment time. Today they are also running behind. It would be nice if they had some type of system to let me know how late they are running because I usually come in during my lunch break. This way I won't be out of the office for too long. Otherwise great service, super attentive, and convenient location. There is no parking lot here so make sure you park on the street. If you're a first time patient you also get a nice swag bag with some goodies too!
