They prefer to have me pay for what "they think I owe" prior to sending to my insurance first. They have very limited time frames for appointments and it takes 10 months to get a wellness visit. Thrilled to be leaving after 3 years with them for a much more accommodating pediatric dentist. Also of note, the actual dentist here is not very warm with children, and makes parents feel as if they are ruining their children's teeth if they eat any snack that is not a raw carrot. Honestly, don't waste your time bringing your children here.

I like how the kids are given sunglasses to wear when being examined under the bright light. I like it. There are extra staff available to assist with x-rays.
