My daughter was in a scooter accident in Rome last year and fractured her jaw. Newmarket Dentistry…read morehas been helping her to recover her natural jawline with Invisiline, which I'm happy about. But the reason I'm writing today is this: I had a glitch with my HSA account and it wasn't processing my payments correctly, which impacted my paying Newmarket. I had the HSA issue resolved and didn't realize the monthly payments were still going on the Amex card I had given them in the interim. I just called the office, as I wanted to get a payment I had made earlier this week put on the HSA: 30% is 30%, right? After being told the standard line about not being able to change the payment method I asked for the office manager. I was very pleased to have the office manager, Naomi, come on and begin to work out solutions. She looked internally and thought she found a solution. And she was cordial and pleasant the entire time. In the end, her fix didn't work because of the 24 policy from their payment processing company. I didn't get want I wanted but I still came away feeling like I was heard. And I was there on the line so I know Naomi was making every effort possible on my behalf. And I'm 3,000 miles away so it matters to me that there is someone in this office who is looking after our care and interests. I'm very glad I called. And now I can't recommend the office staff, and more specifically Naomi, more whole heartedly.

Chris, my hygienist was the best! He was so understanding of my anxiety, kept asking if I was ok, or needed a break And had me laughing! I don't think I've ever laughed at a dentist office due to my anxiety! I met Dr Cochrane for a consult and she spent some time going over the work that needed to be done, why it needed to be done and how it should be done. She was super professional and fun. I've never said a dentist was "fun", but she was. Jennifer, also a hygienist, was working in the reception area and literally talked me down off the ledge when she knew how anxious I was. Overall this was an excellent experience and I really look forward to continued treatment with these professionals! I'm so grateful to be able to go to future appointments without the fear...thank you for that Team Cochran!

They did a ceramic repair that left my front teeth mismatched in size and, even worse, cracked after two days. They filled a cavity on my back teeth and didn't grind down the filling enough. On my last visit, the dentist didn't come into the office, which they didn't tell me before I arrived, so I only met with a hygienist when expecting a dentist visit. I have since met with another dentist who identified cavities that were missed and who was surprised by the quality of the dental work I had done here.
