If annual cleaning is all that you are looking for then you should be ok. However outside of that I would not recommend. Simona, referred me to another office because she did not feel confident she could provide what ended up being fairly routine service stating that while she "could do it" she felt it better to have someone that "does this all the time" provide the service. Fortunately this allowed me to experience Center for Dental Excellence in Simsbury. I soon realized that Simona was correct. The skill set at Center for Dental Excellence stood out and was lightyears above what I had been experiencing. The office is state of the art and quite a contrast from the antiquated office and services I had become used to. Highly recommend checking out Center for Dental Excellence!!

I believe this was a ploy to get more money from me as the x-rays were not needed and they would not give me the referral without them. I was also paying in cash. A different dentist office had told me that the tooth needed to be removed prior to this visit, and they didn't x-ray.

The dental care is adequate, but the office staff is an absolute nightmare to deal with. Every single time we go there is some issue with scheduling or billing or something else in which they cannot seem to get their act together so that they are properly organized; and on top of that they are unfailingly rude, unempathetic, and discourteous even though their lack of professionalism is the source of issues. Today was the last straw. They made us jump through hoops to get our current provider memeber ID, insisting that they could not look it up using SSN. After making several phone calls and much time wasted, they give us a paper which does not require the member ID, but only requires SSN to find the insurer... long story short they refuse to even acknowledge blaming us and lying that they even said what they clearly had said. The doctors allow this horrendous front office for years so it must come from the top. The doctor himself could care less about your experience, his attitude was literally just "pay us or we can't see your kids". !!!!STAY AWAY!!!!
