The main dentist, Brian Dasilva, has worked there for several years, drilling and filling. The original owners, Bob Whitely and Robert Dasilva (Brian's father) are both retired, although Robert occassionally "fills in" ... hahahaha. Anyway, over the years I've had many semi-annual check-ups, cleanings, and x-rays. The hygienists have all been superb. They've included Carol, Jackie (out on maternity leave), and Kathy, who saw me yesterday. There have been others as well. Anyway, shout out to Kathy who was extremely thorough yesterday. He refuses to ever go to an Aspen Dental ever again, especially with that dentist he saw. This was all submitted to insurance. There is now a balance that was rejected by insurance. I spoke with a representative from Aspen and the office itself, without resolution. They just kept repeating the X-rays were explained and consented by the patient. UNTRUE! No resolution. Just a brick wall. And all the blaim is placed on the patient.
