If annual cleaning is all that you are looking for then you should be ok. However outside of that I would not recommend. Simona, referred me to another office because she did not feel confident she could provide what ended up being fairly routine service stating that while she "could do it" she felt it better to have someone that "does this all the time" provide the service. Fortunately this allowed me to experience Center for Dental Excellence in Simsbury. I soon realized that Simona was correct. The skill set at Center for Dental Excellence stood out and was lightyears above what I had been experiencing. The office is state of the art and quite a contrast from the antiquated office and services I had become used to. Highly recommend checking out Center for Dental Excellence!!

Especially on MassHealth, but Dr. Malhorta definitely continues to raise my expectations and standards, he 100% passes the sniff test. Absolutely not, I can genuinely say I felt like I was going to see my cousin or uncle, someone who won't just sell me on some bs. He made sure I was more than just informed. He's one of the very few Dr.'s I can say I feel like I have informed concern with. I won't lie. I've had dentists in the past see that I have an insurance plan that will pay for anything they recommend, and they take a vantage of it. But not this man, Dr. M, I can say genuinely, cares about people. Shout out to Riverdale Dental for finding quality dentists! I've been going here for years and my children love the extra attention they get with the tv screens for comfort and the truly pleasant aura from the staff. Which I should also mention. Thank you Riverdale Dental for not just hiring a bunch of NPC's. These people have true, genuine personalities, not that 'I just get paid to be here' type of attitudes that you see damn near everywhere. 10 out of 10 would recommend. I'm just back from another stellar cleaning done by the wonderful Michelle. She's part hygienist, part therapist. It's great to chat with someone, as hard as that may be during a dental procedure, who listens and empathizes with my petty concerns. She is very gentle and attentive to how I'm reacting to whatever is being done. If my feet are squirming, she knows something is bothering me and adjusts. Drs Shawn and Jon are also pleasant during the after cleaning checkup. Dr Shawn was the one who brought my smile back after all those years of neglect. Great job too, it's been many years now and everything is still holding up fine. They may not be the cheapest dentist, but you get what you pay for and I'm still smiling!
