Nick, I wanna say how much I appreciate you and your effort. We pulled up on my son's birthday to…read moreget pierced together. I wanted an industrial and kiddo wanted a septum. I was advised against the industrial because my ears just aren't built like that. (Believe me when I say that I asked why out of understanding and respect). So anyway, kiddo got their septum pierced and the level of attention and kindness Nick provided is unbelievable. I won't go into intricacies but he did not mind waiting and was so kind, respectful and informative. Thank you, Nick. You turned an experience that, as a parent of a now adult child, into a very fun and kind experience. Kiddo is advising against my getting my septum pierced (we are beefing). But seriously, Nick is the right one to be pierced by. As a mum I was pressed but he simmered me down by his approach. Nick, thank you.

Hmm ... no one asked for a sharp needle to be brought out into a busy lobby. I simply asked what…read moresize needles were used and whether we could see one. That's completely different from what you're suggesting I asked. Regardless, Sam's attitude was rude, condescending, and unprofessional. Instead of helping a nervous first-time customer he made us feel like our questions were an inconvenience. His behavior alone was enough to lose a customer. You can say what you want, but based on how we were treated, I believe we experienced racial bias. Whether you agree or not, that's how the interaction made us feel, and it was unacceptable.

I walked in and picked a set of earrings and off to see Eric, who literally made it painless. This was my third time visiting the Baron Art location in Orange, but I booked with MJ this time…read morebecause I was specifically looking for her specialty in abstract ink wash brushstroke styles. From the very first message, the entire experience was incredibly smooth and pleasant. MJ was highly communicative leading up to our appointment date. I had a lot of ideas, and she was extremely patient and accommodating as we went back and forth on styles. She even had me come in for a quick, in-person consultation beforehand, which was fantastic because it made collaborating and aligning our visions face-to-face so much easier. On the day of the session, the process was amazing. MJ constantly checked in to ensure I was comfortable. She has a remarkably light hand, there were moments where it felt like nothing at all. I highly recommend MJ, especially if you are looking for traditional abstract brushstroke work, though her talent and professionalism make it clear she can adapt to whatever style you throw her way. She completely exceeded my expectations!

There was a little line in the back but I knew the tattoo I wanted from seeing some offerings on social media. While in line though, saw specials they had for piercings and I've always wanted to get a 2nd piercing on my ear lobes and re pierce my left helix. So, I filled out forms for each! Everyone was super nice, helpful, and efficient. Azia (@piercingsmostdope) completed my piercings first and was on it! She was informative of the process, made sure to verify I liked the area she'd be piercing and walks you through it as she's doing it. She's awesome and there was little pain/pinching. Lizett (@inkbypineda) was who I got for my tattoo and she was phenomenal! I love her whole vibe and personality. She was upbeat and also quick and efficient with her process. I absolutely plan on coming back here for any future piercings and tattoos and hope to stay working with Azia and Lizett specifically when I do!
