I see the season schedule calls for more of the same throughout the year. What happened to the 30 car Sprint events and 50 lap mains? I think this track might be done? I will no longer be making the long drive out and paying $35 entry and $20 to park just to see 13 Sprint cars racing for like 30 minutes.

Okay so I was veryyy hesitant to come here due to the reviews about staff being rude, but my man…read morereally wanted to go for his birthday so we did it . We got 3 races plus the bronze license which was about $200 per person in total. With this we got gloves and a head wrap thing to keep and you can use their helmets and jumpsuits. We were under the impression you had to wear long sleeves and pants period. BUT turns out you can either wear the long clothes (and just race like that) OR you can have short stuff on and use a jumpsuit. Thank you to the really nice patron that told us that! It is soooo hot out there and a jumpsuit over long clothes was suffocating and unbearable. We went on a Wednesday around 1130am for races starting at noon and had no real issues . All the employees were super nice and didn't give any attitude. The races were about 15-20 minutes apart. We called days ahead and were told weekends were their busiest days and you would likely be waiting over an hour in between races . No thanks. It looked very new and legit , like they hold actual racing tournaments there (I'm sure they do but we didn't ask). Very clean and the tater tots were delicioussss. We got all the information we needed at the very beginning. If anyone is like me , big doses of information go in one ear and out the other . With that being said I wish it was more beginner friendly. We were given all the information and were sent on our way. We didn't really know where to go, just kinda figured it out . Most of the help we got was from the very friendly patron mention above. Just little questions we had like "can we take our water bottle with us" or "can we leave our stuff out here?" ALSO , I am 5'9. My man is 6'3. Those carts are not meant for tall folks lol . The first race I kept getting cramps in my calf. By race 2 I was slightly more comfortable. Race 3 I didn't really notice as much anymore but just know, it is definitely and adjustment. All and all, really amazing experience. I'll give it a 4 because although the employees were nice and answered questions when we saw them, I wish we had like someone to guide us through it all being that it was our first time. At least for the first race. We will likely come back being that the license lasts a year but thank you guys for the awesome experience!

However, karts there are terribly maintained, there are only 2 fast karts in a whole row of over 15,you do not get to choose your karts, you get assigned to them.A huge issue with the karts are the seats, the karts are so recked that the seats are sideways, they are not facing the steering wheel, they are like 5-20 degrees off the right or left side.(Only like 2 karts don't have this issue)top speed of the karts are quite high, however the pick up is extremely extremely slow on most of the karts(one of the good kart is no.43) The track is quite wide, wide enough to make mistakes. However i heard they change their track often so if i remember the name right the name of the track i raced was north smth.It was a little too short but good corners.

Parking was a little confusing since you had to make your own spot as it got super crowded at one point but thankfully it wasn't an issue since we left plenty of time. If you're coming here to run a race or ride bikes, plan for it to be windy and full of dust. I'm glad we had face coverings! My only complaint for Spartan is they didn't have more places for shade because it got pretty toasty at 80 degrees. Otherwise, it was a great location and a great set up for a race! We're hooked and already planning our next race for the trifecta this year

I attended a motocross race here as a spectator, and unfortunately the experience was overshadowed…read moreby how poorly the event was managed. The biggest issue was traffic control. We actually left before the race was even over, yet it still took us nearly four hours just to get out of the parking lot. During that entire time, I only saw one person directing traffic. For an event drawing this many people, there clearly needs to be a better plan for parking lot management and exit flow. The parking lot itself became a chaotic, jam-packed standstill. What was even more concerning was the number of kids and young people I witnessed openly snorting what appeared to be cocaine while everyone was stuck waiting to leave. Seeing that kind of behavior taking place so openly was shocking and created an uncomfortable atmosphere for families and other spectators. The racing may have been good, but the lack of traffic management and the concerning behavior I observed in the parking areas made this a disappointing experience overall. Significant improvements are needed before I would consider attending another event here.

We came to celebrate for my partners birthday and was able to walk in fairly easily on a Saturday afternoon. I never experienced anything like this before, and comparing it to Mario Kart would be a disservice to the equipment available at this venue. The physics are realistic, and the specs/riding experience can be tailored to real-life cars. Be aware that turning off track or spinning out of control can cause the wheel to spin vigorously so I would say this isn't meant for younger kids. It made me really appreciate car racing more because it's another level of precision and control needed to make sharp turns while maintaining as much speed as possible. This whole experience had me gripping the steering wheel with exhilaration the whole hour of racing. 10/10 and despite being notoriously bad tolerating virtual simulations due to motion sickness, I was perfectly fine doing the esport simulation.
