What an amazing experience! Definitely didn't wake up this morning planning to indoor skydive but you know life is too short! This was such a fun experience and I can't stop smiling cheek to cheek! The Staff were phenomenal in their interactions and made sure anyone whether watching or participating had a great time! Had the 2 min experience and you definitely get hooked! Makes me want to explore actual sky diving now which I would if been to afraid before! Thank you for a memory I'll always cherish! Great for any age and you can go solo or with a group. Plenty of parking and seating inside/outside

Rude money hungry instructor

Biggest mistake coming here, do not be fooled by the advertisements. My child was treated worse than the dogs they have running around while you wait. The air head instructor is not kid friendly, no patience and rude. The whole thing is very rushed, my child is a size 14/16 the suit he was given had to be 10/12 we let the instructor know it didnt fit he then seems aggitated and gives us a ridiculously large suit it had to be a men's 2X. The helmet was also too tight but didn't realize that until we had to pull it off. How do you expect a child to feel comfortable when you can't even provide decent equipment. A thin child went first he floated easily and instructor was hands on with him. My child is on the husky side they could not get the air right so he basically rolled around on the floor until the instructor pulled him out and said he's done. He then does a second round with the other kid so I'm hoping our second round goes better... nope! He didnt even give him a second chance just comes out and shouts over and over he's done he's done. So since we got nothing out of it you would think we would get a refund...nope! No apology either just a choice to reschedule or half refund. A full refund is the least you could've done since you failed to provide a service. Obviously you don't care but you ruined a kids birthday. You guys have these huge tip jars in every room...here's a tip do your job and try to give a kid a nice experience. iFLY Ontario is the better option!!!!!

We had a blast. Drew our instructor was great. I took my family here for my moms bday. They don't really get out a lot but this was great for "beginners" like them as well as "thrill seekers" like me. Once we were done we wen to the bunker cafe behind this and watched the skydivers landing/crashing lol

The instructors were so good with my 10 year old.

Oh man, we had so much fun. The instructors were fantastic, the kids had a blast and can't wait to go back. Pricing wise, so much better than IFly. Absolutely worth the drive out to Perris. Fantastic experience in every way, we will definitely be going back.

My son and niece (11 yrs old )tried they 1st fly and didn't want to continue with the 2nd LOL because they were scared! so they allowed my husband to fly in their place. We had a blast! I would go again if they kids ever get brave enough. LOL

HIGHLY recommend! Took my 11 year old son for his birthday, his first time indoor skydiving and his instructor Drew was the best! It is pretty quick but my son absolutely loved it.

Great service a d awesome experience!! I got the opportunity to buy a Groupon package for my boys and price was reasonable. Location was easy to find. Our visit was at 10am on a Saturday and parking was packed. You must schedule your appointment before visiting. Staff was very friendly and helpful. You can complete the affidavit online(recommend) or at your visit. If you or anyone else is celebrating a birthday let them know to get a free picture Instructors are super friendly and helpful. You will step into a short class previous to the session and the end you will go and get set with goggles (or helmet for $10 xtra), suit and earplugs. My boy got the option to choose a superhero suit at no extra charge. One of my boys has autism and they assisted him wonderfully!!! This activity is for the hole family my boys are all different ages and from the 17 teen to the 8years old they all enjoyed!!! We are very satisfied with our visit and planning on going back soon!

The wind tunnel tower..

Yes, Pigs can fly! I received a gift certificate for Perris Indoor Skydiving and decided to finally use it. Located at the Perris Airport is the Skyventure Wind Tunnel. Almost clearing 100 feet, you can't miss it. The inside of this vertical wind tunnel is setup like an execution chamber. You have the flight area ( inner room), and a viewing area behind a Plexiglas wall.. As a flier you work your way around the outer rooms of the wind tunnel. The first room you receive training then move into the dressing room ( wind suit, goggles, helmet). When ready, it's into the wind chamber... The experience. I wouldn't call it a stressless experience. You're basically forcing your body into a specific form in order to stay levitated. Just like with your first time snowboarding, you're going to work muscles that aren't used to this type of movement. You will feel a little sore afterward. If you're not very nimble or coordinated you're going to go all over the place and ultimately "kiss the grate floor". If you're not training for real Skydiving, this may be a one time experience for most. Maybe a fun "adventurous date". So, can anyone try this? Well they do have age restrictions and I think weight restrictions too. Remember, the more you weigh the more RPMs they have to crank up. The more RPMs the louder the noise and vibration. I suppose if someone really big was in the chamber it would be quite noisy.

She gave us a little training beforehand and then we all made our way to the tube. I've been legit skydiving before but this experience is different for sure! I'd totally love to come back and get more time in the tunnel and learn to do the awesome tricks Amberly showcased for us! Afterward we got to see video and photo of our flights as well. For $17 you can purchase an additional "high flight" during your time in the tunnel. After we finished up flying we headed around the back towards the pool area where across, they also have "The Bombshelter" which is a super cool little restaurant that serves a ton of different things to munch on! There was tons of photos of skydivers, and old photos of instructors all over the walls to look at and admire while you wait. The day we came was a day an event was also taking place for skydiving so it was popping and tons of people were about and diving so it was really cool to watch that while we ate and swam! Definitely a cool experience! My daughter keeps saying she wants to go again and even real skydiving!! Shoutout to Amberly who's such a badass! Keep it up girl!

FINALLY DID IT!!! We scheduled this ride twice before but was canceled both times due to bad…read moreweather conditions. Well third time was a charm! Drove out to Perris and had to be there by 6am. When we arrived we were greeted with donuts and coffee. yay! nothing major i know but still kind gesture. Also, while you wait if you need to use the restroom, Porta- Potties only. We got divided into three groups and my friend and i ended up in the second group. Which was pretty cool as the 2nd group had to jump in the van and meet up with the balloon once the ride was over for group #1. So we were hot air balloon chasers. Once it was our turn, the balloon itself has four compartments where two (maybe three) people fit in each compartment. The pilot stands in the center. So in total there were 9 of us in the balloon. The ride itself was very peaceful. Theres something surreal about the dead quiet of the sky. silence. It was a pretty cool experience and i would recommend it for those looking for a low impact thrill. We were probably in the air for about 45 minutes. Once we landed, gracefully i may say, we drove back to where we started and were greeted with our certificates and mimosas :) Overall, great experience!!! THANK YOU.

Back in January, I purchased a hot air balloon ride for me and my boyfriend. It was supposedly…read moresemi-private. Mind you-- this was when there were heavy cases of COVID early in the pandemic, when cases were many, and before vaccines were available to the public. This is a big reason why I booked the semi-private ride. The person who I talked to over the phone explained there would be other couples on the ride, but that we would all be reasonably spaced out. I thought, "The more space, the better, we'll have our face masks on, and it's outdoors...okay. Cool." The first time we were booked for February, they had to cancel due to inclement weather. Got it. Totally understandable. I rescheduled for March. Come March, I was informed to show up as early as 5:00 a.m. which my boyfriend and I did. No one was there, except another couple who said they also received the same instructions. There was no amber beacon outside to which the instructions told us to all gather and meet as it was dark and still night. As it was getting closer to 5:45, the office calls us back and tells us to drive towards the front where the entrance is, and low and behold-- the amber beacon and ride signs that weren't there, are NOW there, and my boyfriend and I figure, "Ok. Not cool that the amber beacon wasn't on and lit upon our arrival, but whatever. Nbd. There are no actual lines, just a blob of spaced out people, so I go to the closest thing that looks like a line to check in. NO ONE TOLD US that during the day of the hot air balloon ride, that we would be placed in 2 groups... and the WAIT TIME if you're in the 2nd group!!! My boyfriend and I -- put in the 2nd group. We didn't go to our boarding site until 2 HOURS LATER after checking in. When driving in the van to the site, 2 other couples are already agitated and angry as well: one couple mad about additional hotel fees because of their now late check out, the other couple upset that they were going to get to a family gathering super late because of the long drive that followed the balloon ride. We get to the hot air balloon site, and it sure as hell DOES NOT LOOK reasonably spaced. It's literally a basket STUFFED with 7 people, minus my boyfriend and I because we were shocked and already pissed off having been there since 5:00 a.m. to board on at 8:00 a.m., and not at all feel comfortable of the view of overcrowded people on the "semi-private" hot air balloon ride. I talk to the van driver Miriam asking her if my boyfriend and I can just get a refund because there was no way in hell we were going to get in the overcrowded, ZERO-SPACED basket. Miriam said to talk to the manager Janet. HERE ARE MY ISSUES WITH JANET: * Upon speaking with her, she did not agree with ANY of the problematic factors that had occurred during that morning: the amber beacon that wasn't on OR lit as it was mentioned it would be upon first arriving, the disorganization with the lines or the fact that there were no check-in lines when checking in-- just a spaced out crowd. THE ZERO COMMUNICATION in being placed in 2 groups and THE ADDITIONAL WAIT TIME of having to wait for the OTHER group to get back. * The fact that she was EXTREMELY RUDE. I told her about the other couples in the van ride who were just as upset, and then she asks me as to how come those couples weren't complaining to her and what were their names?? How should I know?! We were all venting to the driver Miriam about how upset and frustrated we were with the whole process and experience (YOU CAN ASK MIRIAM) Those other couples sure as hell weren't as angry as me or my boyfriend were, but I know if I'm not happy with something, best believe I'm going to do something about it-- hence me reaching out for the refund when this happened, and yes, hence this Yelp review. * Janet said she would not be able to give us our refund because the owner would have to do that to which Janet ALSO disclosed-- the owner's spouse had died which made the owner indisposed at that time. With the greatest respect-- my sincere condolences to the owner and her spouse, but that has NOTHING to do with me. Also, isn't it Janet's job-- TO MANAGE while the owner is indisposed?? THANK GOD I booked this activity through Groupon, because I eventually got my refund. Overall, this was a horrible experience: Extremely unorganized,TERRIBLE communication, UNPROFESSIONAL, and horribly inaccurate instructions on email for day-of event:"amber beacon" with "balloon rides" sign were not on or present upon arrival and were only visible once it was closer to 6:00 that morning. I'm typically a very positive reviewer on Yelp. I only ever give positive reviews on businesses and services on here. You can even check my page. But I'm not going to set any other paying customer up for failure and especially with an experience that affected me so negatively. I hope this helps readers deciding know what they're about to get themselves into.
