Tony is a honest, skilled and reliable guy to work with. Before hiring him, we had a big company came and they couldn't find the reason why a rat could be dead in wall while there is no visible hole all around the house. Despite that fact, they still tried to quote me more than 1K for them to check and seal holes. The other contractor even asked to break the floor to see any rat entry which would cost a fortune. But when Tony arrived, I showed him where the dead rat smell is, he immediately thought there should be something going on behind the wall since there is no visible hole on the outside. He then cut part of the wall and he was right from the beginning, there was a nest for that recent dead rat and couple old ones too. He figured out there are gaps between siding and foundation and that is a leverage for that rats to make entry holes. He then helped seal all of them with a strong flash mental which rats can't chew in. Thanks to Tony, we found and solve the problem when other big companies can not. We had a stressful raccoon situation with a mother and baby nesting inside an old electrical box through a hole in the exterior of our house. The baby was trapped in the wall shared with our bedroom, and we could hear both the baby and mom at different times. It was very nerve wracking. The mom would come and go, and at one point seemed to leave the baby alone for a day or two. We even hired a general contractor to open the wall to try to find the baby, but we could not locate it. Meanwhile, the raccoon started tearing up parts of the exterior, including a vent. We called several pest control companies, but they all suggested trapping the raccoon which did not help since the baby was still inside the wall. We eventually contacted Wildlife Support, who recommended Tony, and I am so glad they did. Tony responded quickly, came out to assess the situation, and created a thoughtful game plan with us. The next day he returned with a thermal camera to locate the baby and set up a one way trap to safely remove both mom and baby. Not only did he successfully resolve the raccoon situation, he got them out safely and we did not have to open the walls again. Living in an old SF multi-unit Victorian, we have had our fair share of rodent problems - first mice, then rats (ugh). Tony is great. We had a mouse running around the first floor of our residence for a few months and despite setting up multiple traps, we were unable to catch it ourselves. I would give him more stars if I could! I called 3 quotes - his was one- he was not only cheaper but he found holes outside our house where rodents could enter and sealed them all up the same visit. Tony is awesome! We had a mouse in our 1922 house that we had only owned for about a year. We had 3 people come out to give us a quote on how to deal with it.
