Michael came out and did the initial assessment - he's clearly an expert and definitely has found his niche - he was so great with us, answering all of our questions and explaining options. He sent out Patrick and Jesse the very next day and they completed the job in just one day. We had them replace all of the fixtures in our tiled bathtub, and install a Halo full house filtration system (so much nicer than soft water system). They were all extremely knowledgeable, informative, and courteous. The crew was careful to clean up everything once the job was done, and they checked in with us to make sure we were happy with the results before we finalized the bill. We are thrilled with the Halo system as it will save us from the extreme amount of calcium buildup we have with regular Vista Irrigation District water. The taste of the water that is now available fresh out of the tap tastes exactly like our filtered water system!! We are so happy and relieved we found this plumbing company. We had 4 slabs leaks over the 3 years of living in our home. We knew we had to repipe. Alex, one of the plumbers from Permanent Solutions, was there a short time later. In his friendly and warm manner, he made us aware of the cause of our plumbing issues and what it would take to fix them. He seemed to be very knowledgeable and experienced in this field. Then, what I loved the most, he quoted us the price to fix the problem before he began the work and stuck to that price without knowing exactly how long it would take to fix the issue.
