She responded with "I guess" in a very dismissive tone and didn't make eye contact, which felt unprofessional. Later, when we received our order, one of the drinks was made in the wrong size. I went back to the front and calmly asked if it could be corrected. Again, she didn't look at me and simply said "oh" before taking the drink without any acknowledgment. I even apologized for the inconvenience, but there was still no response. When the drink was remade, she called out the order and threw the straw onto the counter. Her overall demeanor seemed visibly irritated, which made me feel uncomfortable and confused as a customer. I work in customer service as well, so I understand it can be a stressful job, but there's still a basic level of decency that should be maintained. They have refrigerator with drink assortments. The cafe has a private conference room for rent $50/hr. There is plenty of parking at this center.
