He did gua sha which was a unique touch. So my prior lady would let you steam in a hot towel and Tyler has a steamer. Idk which gets better results. Next time I'll chat with Tyler about that b/c I'd live in a hot towel if I could. Tyler was very easy to talk to. The products had minimal scent. This is better for my sensitive skin and anyone around me with allergies. I did find myself missing smelling like a flower exploded but seeing this mornings results...never mind. No scent needed. Products are also made in MO. We love shopping local!

I've been on the hunt to find a specific fragrance but didn't have much hopes of finding it as I believe it was a holiday scent. While I was looking around Jake an employee came up to me and was so friendly and helpful. The brought me lots of fragrances and let me test them out. Jake was so enjoyable that I just had to buy something. I got a solid perfume which is an interesting product I'm excited to use. Shout out to Jake for being one of the most pleasant workers I've ever interacted with. I honestly thought I wouldn't get interacted with at all because I came very close before they closed but was wrong. Lush is a fun store and always has interesting products. I don't normally get much from them as they're a bit pricey but I appreciate their values and think their products are high quality.

As soon as we entered, she came galloping from the back stockroom to do a meet and greet. She's a sweetie. As I said in my previous review, I am a "bar hopper". I like to go around and support a variety of locally owned handcrafted soap boutiques. Since I moved to Illinois five years ago, I've been shopping on the east side of the river. Since I was having on The Hill, I made a point to shop, Herbaria The one thing that was on top of my list, Shave Soap. When shaving, I prefer a good lather from a shave soap over a cream or cream. Herbaria has several scents to choose from and I chose, Bay Rum and Jojoba. I am looking forward to my first shave with my new bar. I also bought a bar of Soapy's Choice. In the past, I've had very furry long haired dogs in the past, but now I have two Chihuahua mixes and they have very short fine hair. So, I thought I'd give Soapy's Choice a try. I'm sure my little girls are going to like showering with daddy. My other bar of soap was, Citrus Oatmeal. I love a good oatmeal soap, it invigorates my skin. To help my new bar last longer in the shower I bought a, Soap Lift. I liked that they had a good selection of colors, I grabbed a grey to match the colors in my primary en suite. The sales associates are personable and not high pressure. They are there to assist you, answer questions and to make recommendations. With their good customer service and Bubbles puppy dog eyes, I guarantee you will not walk out empty handed. When: January 13, 2026 Why: Shave Soap and more
