Oh my goodness, I came in here to pick up a prescription and the staff was so pleasant. They helped me find little stocking stuffers for my kids. I didn't even know this was an option here. The female upright I wish she had a name tag on. She was so kind younger female with dark black hair she had it up in a pony or maybe a clip. I wish I could give her credit. She was so kind and helpful and patient while I was checking Out We got to talking and she was such a delight. I very much enjoyed her personality and amazing customer service. read more

Literally the worst. Been on hold with the pharmacy for 15 mins then they hung up on me. I had to call again and now another 15 minute wait. I had to drive down to the store to just to have my insurance updated. I was greeted with "yeah we aren't taking calls." The lady was rude and apologizing to people behind me, but not me. I shouldn't have to drive all the way down to the store to update my file which could be handled over the phone. 0/5. One Star is too many read more

I ran in to buy something called liquid bandage. They had it. I found it right away. Turned out it was 50% off this week. That's a good thing because they price things 25%-30% higher than everyone else. I bought it and was on my way. I'd return if I'm once again desperate. read more

Warning on scheduling Immunizations: you may schedule an immunization on the Walgreens app but the app does not link to the store's inventory or scheduling systems so when you show up you may be informed that they don't have necessary staff or the needed medication. Has happened to me several times. Hugh waste of time. read more

Terrible pharmacy manager. Rude and believes the patient is not a customer but a nuisance. She acts like she is the all powerful and uses it to delay prescriptions approved my cancer doctor. I finally after over a decade with this pharmacy changed to one further away. It was worth it. To the owner, get a new pharmacy manager. She is miserable to deal with. read more

I never publicly complain about service or anything but i came christmas day to get some last minute cards and gift cards and the guy at the check out stared us down as soon as we walked in. we brushed it off and continued our shopping and when we get to the check out we start setting our items down right in front of the employee and he scans a couple and then says "maybe set them a little closer so i can reach them " and was just rude the whole time we were checking out and didn't let us enter our phone number for rewards. I would list his name but he had his name tag turned around so we couldn't read it, I wonder why! read more

I submitted a very large confusing order through my work selecting the "NEW Document Printing" with no training from Dad @ Big Corp. They were still patient and kind through the whole process. Visiting the area for the First World Robotics Challenge. We left home without picking up our meds from our local family owned pharmacy 1200 miles away. The pharmacy was extremely understanding and took care of get the meds we needed filled by the next day. They had called when the items were ready. One RX hadn't come in yet and they contacted the other Walgreens in the area and provided me with the information so we could pick it up. **there was a small line at the pharmacy a few people who weren't picking up meds were a bit rude to those of us that were, they huffed & stormed off like 3 year olds! May I suggest another staff person in the Pharmacy department, he had 3 in store on line for meds & at least 1 in the drive thru plus, he was on the phone with a doctor. The store itself was very friendly and helpful when looking for certain items. I wouldn't hesitate going to this store again when I'm in the area!! read more

Stop here on the way to work frequently. Diane is always super personable, she loves to get to know everyone who comes in here. There is also a guy who works here but I cannot recall his name. It is always a very smooth and enjoyable experience stopping by here whenever I need anything. read more

Walgreens is Walgreens. Service is typically mediocre but convenience makes up for frequently having to wait longer than you should to get rung out and escape. I think I remember seeing a comment about rude service from the pharmacy but I've never experienced an issue with anyone in the pharmacy. My biggest frustration generally lies with how long it can take to get through the process of paying for one's purchases. read more

Handy store. Great stock. However the pharmacy is AWFUL! The pharmacist and techs that work behind the counter are the rudest, foul mood, people I have ever met. No matter who is on duty or who is checking you out , if they acknowledge that you have been standing there for 10 minutes, while they look at you and obviously know you are there. The person on duty is so irritable. I got my flu shot today and the women who gave it to me acted like I was putting her out. I asked how her day was and she grunted. Then asked me right or left? I said I am right handed. She said, well that doesn't answer my question. Well what exactly is your question? Ok got thru that. Thought maybe she had a rough day. I said, I bet you are really busy right now with flu shots? Her answer, well it is October and you all wait to the very end. I got up said, thank you and nothing in return. At least she or the other two behind the counter didn't act like they were going to bite your head off like the older gentleman that works there. I will skip picking up a prescription until another day if I see him. Unfortunately this is the closest Walgreens to my home and I have prescriptions to be filled monthly. read more

All the cashiers are very friendly and the employees are always willing to help you find something or ask if you need anything. There is one crabby older lady that works there that seems to not like her job very much but maybe she's just been having a bad day the last couple times I've been in. Other than that I've always had a positive experience and been greeted with a smile. read more

this is a great location... always helpful and have what i need! my only issue is... no one knows what time fedex picks up packages!!! i know that fedex is paying a big rent to walgreens for all of these drop off boxes, but the managers do not know what time fedex comes to their store. i did contact fedex 800-go fedex, and received accurate information. ground pickup is at 10am and express pickup is at 5 pm - updated info is important for good business!... btw... i called 2 other walgreens, and they also did not know what time fedex picks up at their stores, either!!! read more
