I don't usually do reviews...but today I had a minor procedure in the ER on Christmas Eve, and of course when I got out, most pharmacies were closed or about to close. My doctor was able to send my pain meds to this location, after already having sent them to my usual pharmacy. It was very last minute, with only 13 minutes to spare. I called the moment I got the text alert they had received them. I happen to live close, but the pharmacist technician ran my meds through so quick, in less than 10 minutes, to make sure I wasn't going to be without my pain meds over night and all through Christmas into the day after. This is just pure kindness and selflessness. I wish I knew the workers name, she was younger with dark brown or black hair with bangs I think. Thank you so much to whoever this was!!!!! Pharmacy closed at 7 PM. I was in the drive thru behind someone at 6:45 and pulled up at about 6:50. I could see the pharmacist helping someone in the store. It got to be 6:55 and he finished up. Literally stood facing the drive thru window, looked at his watch, tended to a few things, came back, I said "Hello", he looked at his watch again, and when the clock struck 7, closed the window! Without even saying sorry we're closed. Their hours are short and they're closed on the weekends. Late is about the only time I can make it there after work. Management is terrible. The store is bare nothing stocked. Employees lack work ethic and customer service skills. All the good employees they had are gone. It's sad to see this place go downhill so fast. read more

Wow, I'm glad I didn't use the pharmacy. Reading other reviews, they seem to be lacking in customer service. However, I'll say the staff in the retail store, do know customer service. I was greeted immediately on my entering the store. As I shopped, another sales associate asked if I was finding what I needed. Then the cashier checking me out was friendly and asked me to return. Perhaps they need to have the retail staff train the pharmacy department on customer service. Staff is always cheerful and happy to help. I feel like the bad reviews are not warranted. I've shopped here and used the pharmacy for 10+ years and the service is almost always excellent. There are days when they have more work than they can handle but that is not their fault. Love the drive through option too! read more

My friend and I went to this location to purchase an emergency contraceptive. As we proceeded to check out, a man who seemed older with white hair and glasses made a nasty comment about our purchase. stopped by yesterday to pick up a prescription and they didn't have a pharmacist on duty so I couldn't get it.

This Walgreens is the worst!!! The service is slow and horrible, to get a prescription is like watching grass grow. The parking lot is pot hole central. Every time I need a prescription the doctor calls it in and even if I wait a hour to go get it I'll still be in the drive through line no less than 20 minutes. The clinic is another disaster, first it's impossible to get into the "convenient" clinic and if you do it's like you're interrupting their day by coming in. Lost my child's Covid test. We went through the drive-thru to get a COVID test. They were supposed to call or email within 24 hours. I heard nothing. So I called at 24 hours. I was put on hold for a long time and then told they could not find the test and that I should bring my child back in for another one. No thank you! If you were so unreliable and irresponsible with the first one, I certainly am not going to use you again. read more

I think that this location is decent. It is a very convenient location for me coming this way from various activities that are closer in to the city and it is on my way home. Have not had any customer service issues. But I usually just run through for a quick snack or treat for the kids. read more

This is the main Walgreens I go to. It's the closet one to my house. However, I primarily only use the Pharamcy department here. I have had bad experiences with them before but chalked it up to a bad day. Today was so bad that I actually called the manager once I left. Dan the manager was super nice and I appreciated that. That doesn't change the fact that the women in the Pharamcy was beyond rude and treated me like I was stupid. To the point where I actually had to say "I'm not stupid". Every wall greens I've been to to get anything in the last 10 years has sucked. I'm really talking about the pharmacies. There can be one person standing at the counter in front of you and you can literally wait there for 15 minutes while they resolve their issue and there will be four people working behind the counter and not one of them acknowledges you. read more

The Pharmacy customer service is terrible. Understaffed, slow and for the most part could care less about "customer service".

Upon calling the Walgreens store directly and following a prompt for the clinic, I was put into a call center. This was obviously not the actual store. I wanted to inquire if they currently had a TB shot available (needed for my job) as I have experience going and it not being in stock at that Walgreens. Upon calling and answering clinic prompt, I asked my question and it was apparent that I was in a call center as they had no information about what was actually available at that location. The next day, I called the store again directly and followed the prompt to get an agent in the front of the store, I asked to be transferred directly to the clinic for a question. Again, I was put into a call center and the foreign speaking person did not know what a TB shot was. Obviously, the call center again! He transferred me to the pharmacy, where I finally got an answer in which he walked over to the clinic to check. Horrible experience trying to contact the store directly! read more

This location is very "iffy". To say the least... The pharmacy is pretty much useless if you're trying to get prescriptions filled correctly the first time, and each time it's messed up they look at you like you're stupid! There is one woman who works in the pharmacy who is down right rude! Seems like she hates life and takes it out on you... After a bunch of huffing and puffing and a few eye rolls, I had to call her on her attitude "I'm sorry, am I bothering you?" To which she replied "oh not at all" and went about her business! This is pretty much the norm for this pharmacy.... I will be transferring my medications to cvs where they are much friendlier and competent! read more

I go here often as it is real close to work, never had any issues, the staff is friendly and I like that they open at 6am.

After dropping off a prescription today, the pharmacy tech. informed me it will take "10 or 15 minutes to fill it" I said "I'll wait". After pacing back & forth in front of the "pick up" window for 50 minutes the tech. paged me & informed me "it looks like we don't have the script in stock & we'll try to find another store that has it in stock " After 50 freakin minutes ??? These people are totally incompetent & should only be working at a car wash. From now on I'm going to Dierbergs. read more
