This CVS is probably closest to me and is convenient to the 141 and Clayton Target I routinely shop at. I prefer CVS to Walgreen's. Best part is they now carry a small selection of Korean Beauty products. My friend's hands have been dry and rough due to the winter weather. Today I stopped in to pick up the Choco Pie Hand Cream because he loves Choco Pie. Very cute item! read more

This CVS Pharmacy is amazing. The staff are so helpful and always smiling and happy to help. One time a staff member suggested I use GoodRx because my insurance wasn't covering very much of a medication and walked me through the process. And just yesterday the drive-thru employee was patient and friendly with me when my insurance changed and new one didn't work and asked me to come inside and everyone inside was so nice and ready to help. They all work so hard and I appreciate it so much. Even converted my friend from Walgreens to CVS because the service is incomparable. Thank you Pharmacy staff for all you do!!! read more

Do not go to this minute clinic for a physical. The NP said my son had an irregular heartbeat during his military sports physical. After a follow up with his PCP, an EKG and 48 hours of wearing a Holter monitor, his results came back ALL normal. Wasted 2 weeks and who knows yet how much money in insurance claims. Save yourself a lot of trouble and don't get a physical here. read more

Visited this minute clinic today on 6.8 and the floater wouldn't see me because I arrived exactly 5 mins late due to my inability to walk fast. She offered no solutions and instead dismissed me and went back to taking her break. She shouldn't be in this profession if she's not looking to help people in my opinion. read more

The phone menu and options are a joke. Machines cannot answer questions people should be able to. I called regarding a prescription. The phone recognized my number, but did not give me an option to speak to someone, the menu voice said I would be helped by someone. After 9 minutes, I'd had enough and my battery was running low. I realize it can be busy, but a simple I'll be right with you from a human would be appreciated. If CVS calls me, I think I'll say, "please listen carefully as our options have changed." Dial 1 if you wish to wait 9 minutes. Dial 2 if you'd rather go to Walgreens. Dial 3 if you truly want me to patronize your drug service.. read more

Stopped in to CVS last evening to pick up some OTC allergy medicine as I have some sort of science experiment going on in my sinuses. The store is in a very convenient location on the corner of Clayton and Henry roads next to the new strip mall containing Circle 7 and Mia Sorella. The store was very well organized and I had no issues finding what I needed. My only gripe was that they needed a few more folks working in the pharmacy . There was quite a lengthy line of folks picking up prescriptions but only one person behind the counter. I felt bad for the pharmacist as it looked like he was pretty overwhelmed. read more

After having to track down stock of my prescription myself by calling other stores since my primary location didn't, I had to visit this store which did had it but over 20 miles away from home. Having to race to the store before their lunch break so I would not get caught in afternoon traffic, I chose to get out of the long drive-thru line to ensure I got service. The pharmacy associate that was told to assist at the registers had a negative attitude and when I asked for a coupon he repeats the price I owed for my medicine. He says my prescription name out loud, like everyone needs to know my business then makes up excuses for not looking to see if the pharmacy had any coupons to help me. I am a extra care cardholder and a CVS loyalist, so I am pleased there is a CVS location that is convenient to me on my visits to Chesterfield. The last time I was here was for otc cold medicine. Given that this wall of medicines is baffling at the best of times, it was good to be able to consult the pharmacist. I also picked up some Ricola cough drops on a buy one get one half off deal. On my past visits here I've been impressed by the selection of greeting cards (arguably better than at Target nearby) along with the cleanliness and logical layout of the store. I've never had to wait in a long line, and there are no pesky self-checkout machines to wrangle at this location, so no complaints here. read more

eriously use Walgreens or a local pharmacy for your prescription. I know I will be from now on. This is the worst CVS I have ever been to and I moved from the city. They are so incompetent it's mind blowing. Some how all my information is always wrong and they can't ever find me or my prescriptions. I'm not even sure how that's possible but every time I give my name abs birthdate they have nothing ready for me. Then when I complain this always happens suddenly they find it. Also, I called today to make sure they had a specific manufacturer of a medication told me they had it would hold it because I told them I was calling my dr to have it transferred. My sr transfers it and I never hear from them. So I call to see what's going on and they "forgot" to call me. They filled some prescriptions and no longer have enough but may get a shipment in Tom abs will call me to let me know between 12-1pm. Well guess what Tom came around and they never called so I called at 1pm. Guy had no idea what I was talking about. Long story short they said they could order it and get it maybe sometime soon or could transfer my script 30 miles away which they can't do unless my dr does it. Seriously such a joke. I'm done w this place. I'm not sure anyone even passed there GED! read more

A prescription was given by Drs office on Thursday December 26, 2019. Went on Saturday December 28 to pick up and was told they were backed up. As of today January 2,2020 I have not received medication. This is completely unacceptable and will be seeking a competent pharmacy. read more

After multiple visits to this location, that have taken WAY more time to get in and get out, I now mostly avoid this location. Every time I shop here, there never seems to be enough employees for checkout. That said, a quick trip to stock up on a few items turns into long lines and wait times. I have yet to experience a visit to this location in which more than one employee is present to check people out. It's odd, given the fantastic location the store is in AND being the only CVS in the area. Not sure what the disconnect is with this store. read more

I'm less than impressed with my first CVS visit. Some may be due to the offerings, some may be due to the personnel. My cart and I passed by the pharmacy and heard three young women laughing loudly and gossiping about (shouldn't say). Creepy and unprofessional. I wouldn't want them handling my prescriptions. I picked up a few things. At checkout, the clerk asked if I had a CVS card. No. He threw a card in the bag along with the receipt and said I could go online to register. P.S. This CVS is located in a great area, convenient to Target, Circle 7, and other shops. Given this, I am completely baffled at how the manager of this CVS has not yet learned how to act like a civilized human being. Or in reality, how he still has a job.. I attended a happy hour at Circle 7 Ranch, to find that the manager of the CVS had stopped his car, rolled down the window, and flat out swore out other members of my group for parking in the CVS lot. While parking can understandably be challenging in this plaza, this is clearly not an acceptable response. When discussing the incident with others attending the event and working at the restaurant, the conclusion was that this behavior was not an isolated incident of a bad day. With so many other options in the area, don't bother giving your business to this bully. I feel sorry for the employees that work for him. read more

I've been going here since they opened. They have bobbled a few times, but on balance, they have performed phenominally. The Pharmacy manager really works to get to know everyone, and her staff does as well. Whether I call in an Rx or order it online, it gets filled in a timely fashion. The store is always clean and well organized. The only checker I had any issue with has greatly improved. I really enjoy shopping there! Tip: GET the ExtraCare Card!!! Saves a ton of money. read more

I don't visit CVS much but when I do I'm usually not disappointed. My first round with this fairly new store was back during my wedding season. My makeup artist told me to meet her there and she found all the makeup we would need there at a great price. So really couldn't complain. They usually have some good deals with that extra care card if you scan it. read more

I didn't realize how much I buy from this company when I started taking my multitude of vitamins and noticed they were all CVS brands as well as my contact solution. They always have a buy one, get one free deal whenever I am out of vitamins and it always is the best deal when looking at every product available. The quality of these products are great and this location is convenient when I'm on my way to class. It's still fairly new so I am always one of few people in the store, but I think people will catch on to its' convenience of the Care Card and it will catch on in this ares! read more

I have been using this pharmacy for ages, and used to rave about it, but recently it has completely gone down the drain. The employees are snarky and biting, it's clear that they do not want to deal with the public. I do not receive friendly service here anymore, which is a shame because it is so close to my home and very convenient for me. Ive tried calling this location twice regarding status information and each time I've been on hold for over ten minutes!!! The last time I was on hold it was because a staff member told me my prescription would be ready within the hour, yet I never received a text that it was ready. So I called to make sure I could go pick it up and after waiting for OVER 10 minutes for someone to pick up the phone, the assistant told me that my prescription would not be filled for the next three days! They were out of stock and the first staff member didn't even bother to check before telling me I could pick it up within an hour! Needless to say, I've decided to start going out of my way to find a different pharmacy with staff who care and it shows. Very unimpressed, and I'll be sure to tell anyone who will listen about this location. Disgraceful. read more

Messed up my prescription with NO WAY TO FIX IT!!!! they said, 'sorry, nothing we can do about it!!! Left me without my medicine because of THEIR mistake, will be filing complaint with LICENCING Board. Gave me 30% less than what my prescription was for and "forgot" to tell me that I had the choice of paying for the 30% insurance didn't cover out of pocket, and ALSO DIDN'T TELL ME THE PRESCRIPTION WAS SHORTED!!!! Next day when I called to ask about the shortage when I noticed they said, sorry, those extra pills are void in the system now, and because of the class of med we can't call your doctor to fix it, we can't do anything, you have to call him, see if he will re-issue the med, drive over to Dr office to get it...and none of that is even a for sure a solution because of the medicine class. Over Christmas no less when the Dr isn't even in for the holidays and everything's closed, Christmas...you know when people love not feeling good because their medicine was messed up and they have to go without! Merry Christmas, NOT! I'm moving all my prescriptions away from this JOKE of a PHARMACY! Oh, did I mention that the wait was 20 minutes and I heard one of the people working there telling the boss/pharmacist they were looking for another job because "this place is a joke" and they "don't pay me enough for this". Stay away from this place if you care about your health and double check and count every pill before you leave because they obviously don't care about people's health, their medicine, their employees or people in general. I rushed to pick up a prescription, they closed the drive thru several minutes before closing time , when I went in they insisted they were closed , and despite being open wouldn't fill a much needed prescription. They are either disorganized or just don't care to provide customer service. Take your business elsewhere ! Plenty of established Walgreens around. read more
