She didn't ask invasive questions or try to fix anything she simply listened, noticed, and spoke to me like a real human being who mattered in that moment. Her presence slowed everything down. Unfortunately, I live out of town and one of the strands was not working when I opened it at home. The couch has a spot on the front and she came to our house and took care of it. The end table came in damaged and she reordered it. The second one came in with a crack. Again, she contacted the company and got another table. The third, fourth and fifth tables were also not perfect, but she didn't bother us with that information. When the sixth table came in and was perfect, she called us to say it was there. She definitely provides great service to her customers. She will have us as customers forever.
