She didn't ask invasive questions or try to fix anything she simply listened, noticed, and spoke to me like a real human being who mattered in that moment. Her presence slowed everything down. I met Christine who works there, and she was extremely patient and thoughtful in helping me pick out the perfect fall themed string lights to go on my fireplace mantel. Unfortunately, I live out of town and one of the strands was not working when I opened it at home. However, when I called the store, Christine answered, was so kind, and immediately shipped a replacement to me. I can't get over the phenomenal customer service and overall beauty of this store. They have wooden signs with funny quotes on them, handmade crafts, some jewelry, and other gift items. When we got home we unwrapped the gift, removed the price tag, and rewrapped it. If those two things are fixed -- which are pretty basic and easy -- I would give this store 4 stars.
