I asked the employee if we could order online because i used $80 of rewards and my torrid cash. When ordering she said i had to pay more because it's online , I've shopped at many other locations and know that it can be overridden. She refused to do it so I said then I will just return everything then Im not gonna pay more for what I already purchased. I lost out on money because of the rewards i used but i don't even care I will never spend another dime at this location which is unfortunate because it's the only location in this area so I probably will never shop this brand again. Once i did the return and went to my car i checked to receipt and guess who the employee was? Deborah. She is the blondish one with glasses and short hair very rude. I've been in here before where she was trash talking other employees and the district manager she obviously hates her job and her whole attitude shows it. This has been the best dog leash for five dollars that we ever bought. It has lasted and lasted so we went back looking for it. We wanted to get a few more but unfortunately there wasn't any but instead we found some really good dog toys that I normally pay about $12 on Amazon for they were only five dollars. That caught my attention because, to my understanding, online orders typically aren't shipped directly from the store or paid for by employees themselves. Out of curiosity, I asked if they currently had any of those items available, and I was told they did not. However, it didn't seem like they made any effort to check, which added to the confusion. Given what I had just seen, the situation felt a bit odd and somewhat inconsistent. I just wanted to share this observation, as it didn't seem like a typical or standard process.
