Carmen the swindler. Thanks for helping my child pick out some hoodies, and also for ignoring the $5 rewards we had toward our purchase. We purchased in 2 different transactions and the first guy mentioned we had a $5 discount we could use toward our purchase. We said no thanks we'll use it on the immediately next purchase. Miss Carmen rang up our next items and denied that we had $5 credit available to us. Easy way to upset a customer that just dropped a couple hundred bucks. Maybe your team will learn to take better care of people so they actually want to come back and spend money. read more
