I decided the day before we went to give it a try for the first time with me and my two sons. Rod made me feel like I was his only customer, even though all of his lessons and classes were fully booked. Since he couldn't fit us in officially we just did rentals, and he still found time between lessons to give me and my sons quick free lessons and encouragement, and he got all of us up on a wave for the first time. He even managed to get some pics for us! I had no idea what to expect with a rental, but Rod clearly wants all of his customers to enjoy themselves, and goes out of his way to make it happen.
