I ended up selecting an adorable mermaid tee for our granddaughter, plus a fun top for myself, and a printed scarf. Visually, the displays offered a pleasing palette of visual treats. A new sales associate was undergoing training, so I got double attention at check out time. Deducting one star as there were several other items I liked, but my size was sold out. I told her i needed to exchange for a smaller size and she said "well did you want to find the items?" I said " you don't have them which is why I would like to order them" she was so rude and unhelpful. I came in to exchange item from a previous in store purchase my sales person was chaz they were extremely helpful and their customer service was amazing. I asked the employee if we could order online because i used $80 of rewards and my torrid cash. When ordering she said i had to pay more because it's online , I've shopped at many other locations and know that it can be overridden. She refused to do it so I said then I will just return everything then Im not gonna pay more for what I already purchased. I lost out on money because of the rewards i used but i don't even care I will never spend another dime at this location which is unfortunate because it's the only location in this area so I probably will never shop this brand again. When I walked into the store, I was immediately greeted by an employee by the name of Aly. I informed Aly that I was looking for clothing for a 5 year old, and she pointed me to the appropriate section. I'm used to walking into outlet stores that look like they've been hit by a typhoon. However, this particular store was well organized. As I mentioned before, my son is growing really fast and pretty tall for his age. Therefore, I was a bit indecisive when it came to selecting clothes that would fit, but still give him some extra space to grow into. Aly not only pointed me to a collection of fashionable (keyword)pants that had an adjustable waistband, but she also suggested an appropriate size based on his height. Less than ten minutes later, I had selected a couple of items and was at the register ready to be rung up. To my delight, the items I selected were 40% off the tagged price (apparently I was so excited when I walked in that I failed to notice the huge 30%-50% off sale sign). To make matters even better, I realized that I had a coupon for an additional 20% off (Carter's occasionally emails these coupons when you make a purchase)!
