It was not just any pendant I wanted...I wanted something custom made off of a picture I saw on Etsy. They agreed to do it, taking copies of the pictures I wanted, and within a month between a quote and creation, it was completed. It is so stunning I almost cried when I saw it. They bought the gold from the band from me so that brought the cost down of the pendant and then sold a gold chain to me heavily discounted to compliment it. I was so blessed and had to leave a review about them. Melissa is so kind and funny while at the same time being a straight shooter. Loved doing business with her. When I went into the store neither employee greeted me and the store had racks everywhere you could barely get around , I've never seen it such a mess in all the years I have shopped here. I stood at the register for over 5 minutes and was being ignored I finally yelled out "can I please be helped?" The employee walked over to me totally annoyed and said "what do you need help with?" I told her i needed to exchange for a smaller size and she said "well did you want to find the items?" I said " you don't have them which is why I would like to order them" she was so rude and unhelpful. I came in to exchange item from a previous in store purchase my sales person was chaz they were extremely helpful and their customer service was amazing. I asked the employee if we could order online because i used $80 of rewards and my torrid cash. When ordering she said i had to pay more because it's online , I've shopped at many other locations and know that it can be overridden. She refused to do it so I said then I will just return everything then Im not gonna pay more for what I already purchased. I lost out on money because of the rewards i used but i don't even care I will never spend another dime at this location which is unfortunate because it's the only location in this area so I probably will never shop this brand again. Once i did the return and went to my car i checked to receipt and guess who the employee was? Deborah. She is the blondish one with glasses and short hair very rude. I've been in here before where she was trash talking other employees and the district manager she obviously hates her job and her whole attitude shows it. Makes it so unpleasant for customers , I've never met someone in customer service who is so rude.

I also waltzed around to the other side of the store and checked out their hand blown glass ornaments. I was very happy to find a tiny aircraft carrier because part of our Christmas ornaments are all the occupations of the whole family, and I never thought I would find an aircraft carrier What's nice about the arts and crafts at Michael's is that you can make memories from all the little goodies that they have!
