After at least 10 phone calls with Mr. Gillum and his staff all i ever got was promises that it will get done and it is being assembled. I called today and after being promised it would be done by last Friday or Monday or Tuesday it is still not done and the answer I got today was "we are working on it" . I have been told this for the last 5 months, so today I had to just cancel my order (which didnt seem to be a problem, I got just a ok, no problem) but am now stuck with awnings that are cut up in pieces with no where to turn.
