Day before delivery, the office reached out and confirmed the time that they would be arriving the next day. On day of installation, my doorbell rang at the exact minute they said they would be there. Jose (Joey) and Lido did a wonderful job with the installation. They even helped rebalance a part of a gutter that needed adjustment that wasn't supposed to be serviced. The removal/install/cleanup took about 3 hours. It would definitely take more time if you were having an entire house done. I am hopeful that the new gutters suit my needs. Even if they dont or if there is an issue, I am confident Keith and Jose can remedy it. I am extremely pleased with their service. Also i zelled to avoid a credit card fee. It was a very reasonable cost (two other quotes I got were significantly more). My discussion with him indicated he clearly understood what I wanted and issues with changing the color. In a couple of weeks, his guys came out and pressure washed everything. We then had to wait a couple more weeks due to weather. Three guys came out on Monday and completed the masking and started painting - they used a combination of spray, roller and brush - two coats to cover the dark brown. They completed the job in a day and a half. The guys worked hard, were easy to talk to, and did a couple of minor things at my request. My wife and I are very pleased with the final product.
