Our management company said 'A' company was coming out but never said what company. So, as we were nearing 2 weeks since being told, I began to get anxious. With no disrespect to other companies, we didn't want anyone else to service our septic. Rick & Corey have been taking care of our septic (property) with such perfection in our book. But on Christmas Eve mind you, in the pouring rain here pulls up Rick. Talk about dancing in the rain. We were so happy to see Rick (& sad at the same time because it was Christmas Eve & raining). Anyway, Rick was in & out with both ours & our neighbors. I keep saying it, these men do a job I can't imagine anyone doing since it is a 'sh*tty* job & through all weather & holidays. The company is family owned and it shows. Father and son team showed up. They were very good about responding right away. They actually called to say they could come early if that was alright (oh yes it was!). They were good about getting the hoses to the tank and making sure they didn't run them over any plants. They flushed clear water through to make sure they didn't dump sewage on our sidewalk. Pleasant and unfailingly polite. No attempts to nickel and dime us with upcharges. Our filter was clogged (which was the root of all our problems) and they diagnosed it right away and cleaned it for no extra charge. A month ago another company pumped our tank and never checked this very simple thing.

I was told by some company that cheap means less quality. Okay, please use your own judgement. I can only say they are not greedy company, or maybe they use fewer workers with less time but very efficient work. Maybe no long warranty is also a factor. So it depends on what you want. And during the work, they were very transparent with each process and helped me take pictures of every step they did. Josh and Alan were very patient in answering all my questions. They even change the main sewer line connected to the tank which is not in the scope of work. And the toilet already started to flow. Josh is super honest with the price, he took down the part that they didn't do at the end. They not only saved our pocket but also the time. He determined that my problem wasn't with my septic system, but probably with a branch line leading to the system. He informed me that he didn't have the tool necessary to continue to determine and solve my problem. He did however refer me to another person who could continue with the diagnosis and repair. He also informed me what a fair price would be for the services that I probably needed. Additionally, he didn't charge me for the diagnosis. I would definitely recommend him and his company as they are honest and from what I have seen care about the customer and their relationship with their clients.
