I didn't have a plumbing emergency so I was fine with changing my appointment and I appreciate the timely communication. My new appointment was the next day from 3-5. I received a text with a picture of the tech when he was about 20 minutes out. Pete the tech was very friendly explained what he was doing and approximately how long it would take.
