Horrible management that screws you out money. Their communication is non existent. Would not recommend renting from them.

We appreciate the promptness and professionalism of their company in making the situation right. It sounds like they will do their best to ensure this situation does not occur with future tenants. -- PREVIOUS REVIEW: DO NOT RENT PROPERTIES MANAGED BY THIS PREDATORY COMPANY. We have been renting for 15 years and never experienced such predatory practices. We were model tenants and left the apartment cleaner than any other apartment we've ever lived in. We did everything on their MULTIPLE cleaning checklists including WASHING THE FREAKING LIGHTBULBS. They still found every possible way to nickel and dime us out out of half of our security deposit, including charging us $55/hour to clean things we already cleaned or to clean things that weren't on their checklists, routine wear and tear (paint touch ups) and the gas for their maintenance guy. Also, we were told during our lease that we could not hire our own carpet cleaners and the cost of carpet cleaning would be deducted from our security deposit. After our lease ended, they sent a message indicating they assumed we'd had the carpets cleaned already. We were honest that they hadn't been cleaned because they said they had to do it. Now I wish we had done it ourselves. Getting them cleaned ourselves would have saved us quite a bit as they charged us $212 for a 900 sf apartment. Our main contact was not very professional throughout the duration of the lease. He emailed and texted us messages meant for other people on multiple occasions. Our last month in the apartment he never contacted us once on what the move-out procedure was or offered to do a final walk-through. Not knowing what else to do, we left the keys in the apartment on the last day and texted him that we'd moved out. He didn't contact us until the day after our lease ended. Now I know why! It was so he could find hundreds of dollars worth of issues with the apartment to deduct from our security deposit after it was too late for us to do anything about it. It's clear now they intended to hire their expensive professional cleaners on our dime regardless of how well we cleaned. I've never not received my full security deposit back after 15 years of renting. Do not rent from New Age Realty unless they're fine with them spending your security deposit on expensive professional cleaners. They do not treat good tenants with respect and I'm glad to be done with them.

With only the possibility of a remote viewing they were more than happy and willing to accommodate my circumstances and were readily available to answer any questions I had about the area and the property. The repairs or replacements that were needed happened in an Expedited time frame and it was as if my life never skipped a beat. Jojo and her team made the enjoyment of living in Denver effortless and worry free. I've since moved out of Colorado, but I would without question or hesitation choose Jojo for any of my property needs if I would ever return and would recommend her to anyone I knew who is looking for a place to call home. From her great smile, energetic personality, and excellent communication Jojo is truly a joy to work with and I'm very thankful to have had her help.

I ask you folks, if I took this to court would a judge ask for the permit and plan for this wall…read more.. and when they have to say they have nothing.... And grandfathered it in because they had no permit or plan... do you think a judge would side with me? Please read below. -------- After my lawn being over fertilized I got the "you must water or be fined" Then I tell them what happened and how I was watering it, the HOA calls the water company and reports me for overwatering (informed by water company) The small gray cinder block wall, they refused my neighbors to fix it because they grandfathered it in and told my neighbors I was at fault for not being able to fix the wall ( this is the non permit wall the HOA friends put up, no permit, no plans, they just stacked cinder block over the gas pipe area.... I asked just to see the permit or plans they made for the cinder block wall... that's when they grandfathered the wall in so no one could change it... not even the home owners... just the HOA, big brother?) What this means is this.... If your friend with the HOA you can blow up your neighbors home and all the homes connected to the gas line... because friends of the HOA do not need a permit... meaning gas folks didn't come out and draw the lines.... So if they would have hit the pipe it's ok, because they had been friends of the HOA..... prove me wrong, post the permit and plans for that cinder block wall (safety is not a priority if your family with the HOA). Then, riding through the neighborhood dead lawns every place.... I hope the 12 homes and lawns I took pictures of get a "you must water lawn now" letters, but they will not. If you tell an HOA and point out it's shameful practices of not having same standards for all they seem to get upset... as children do when you bust them. But, I do think part of their hate for me is I am a veteran, that one I can't prove... but the nasty letters and when I talk with them... it's either they think they are better then veterans or they are just a bunch of "my friends" can do what they want and if you are not our friend you are the enemy. I have never been part of an HOA like this, it's like the KKK... if you don't belong to my tribe we hate you. The IRS has been contacted by me because I feel an audit is needed for this HOA... will the IRS take my report seriously is the question, I just hope one retired veteran is working for the IRS office and sees my complaint.... The mail boxes, the allowance of non permitted walks built, the money trail needs to be followed....i sent pictures and proof... so it's up to the IRS to look. Bottom line, these folks are as prejudice as they come, it's a click and if you don't know the secret knock... you're not part of them.

The most concerning part was their response when I asked for documentation. Instead of providing photos, inspection reports, or invoices supporting these charges, they stated that it is their "company policy" not to discuss security deposit disputes by email or phone. In other words, they deduct hundreds of dollars from your deposit and then refuse to explain or discuss it. Some of the items they claimed were "left behind" were not even mine and were already present at the property. Yet they still charged me for removing them. This kind of lack of transparency and refusal to provide basic documentation is extremely concerning. Tenants deserve a clear explanation and evidence when money is withheld from their deposit. Based on my experience, renters should be extremely cautious when dealing with this company and document everything very carefully.
