    Rachel is claiming that they are capping my chimney December 23,2025. It's 12:45 , we're home searched entire development.  No roofers

    requested work order of a hornets nest where board on siding completely rotted through. 5 five months ago. the works still not done and the " work order " was sent. it was exterminated , but no rotted wood replaced. on or about 2 weeks ago roofing hacks who did our roofs and chimney stacks incorrectly capped them. rachel swore up and down they were coming december 23,2025. 2 year's after the fact. i feel they owe me the cost of an exterminator evaluation of the chimney as my neighbor had two squirrels in his. i don't know where they found this company, but after all their shoddy work i dont want them installing siding. it will fall off. bring in 3 companies for all unit owners to evaluate and vote on. rachel never should have said they were coming today. we're home, we walked the entire development. it's 12:40 p.m. darkness in 4 hours . she knew they weren't coming and conviently has a " full mailbox" today. westwind management is by far the worst to get into bed with and weve owned 6 other condos. go on my facebook page : john markey, denver, colorado specific pictures and google reviews. once the works down i'll consider removing these.

    This letter is presented on behalf of the residents from the south side of E Prentice Drwe live on the south side of the road which is north facing. The snow takes much longer to melt on our side of the road. When the snow plows clear the road, they only make one pass. When this pass is done it is much closer to the north side of our road which is south facing. This leaves close to 6 to 8 feet of untouched snow on our side of the road and less than a foot on the other side. When there is a large amount of snow such as with this last storm, the non-cleared section of road on this side is too much for the residents on this side to manage. Especially considering that there is no southern exposer. The residents of the Westwind community or held to a high standard of responsibility to sustain the appearance of the community. We should expect nothing less of the standards of the contractors for snow removal that is covered with association fees that we pay. Please see the attached photos and provide feedback to the snow removal company to ensure the standards of snow removal is met in the future

    Never answer phones or respond to emails. Billing errors often. Charge for an account statement is outrageous. Worst ever.

It sounds like they will do their best to ensure this situation does not occur with future tenants. -- PREVIOUS REVIEW: DO NOT RENT PROPERTIES MANAGED BY THIS PREDATORY COMPANY. We have been renting for 15 years and never experienced such predatory practices. We were model tenants and left the apartment cleaner than any other apartment we've ever lived in. We did everything on their MULTIPLE cleaning checklists including WASHING THE FREAKING LIGHTBULBS. They still found every possible way to nickel and dime us out out of half of our security deposit, including charging us $55/hour to clean things we already cleaned or to clean things that weren't on their checklists, routine wear and tear (paint touch ups) and the gas for their maintenance guy. Also, we were told during our lease that we could not hire our own carpet cleaners and the cost of carpet cleaning would be deducted from our security deposit. After our lease ended, they sent a message indicating they assumed we'd had the carpets cleaned already. We were honest that they hadn't been cleaned because they said they had to do it. Now I wish we had done it ourselves. Getting them cleaned ourselves would have saved us quite a bit as they charged us $212 for a 900 sf apartment. Our main contact was not very professional throughout the duration of the lease. He emailed and texted us messages meant for other people on multiple occasions. Our last month in the apartment he never contacted us once on what the move-out procedure was or offered to do a final walk-through. Not knowing what else to do, we left the keys in the apartment on the last day and texted him that we'd moved out. He didn't contact us until the day after our lease ended. Now I know why! It was so he could find hundreds of dollars worth of issues with the apartment to deduct from our security deposit after it was too late for us to do anything about it. It's clear now they intended to hire their expensive professional cleaners on our dime regardless of how well we cleaned. I've never not received my full security deposit back after 15 years of renting. Do not rent from New Age Realty unless they're fine with them spending your security deposit on expensive professional cleaners. They do not treat good tenants with respect and I'm glad to be done with them.

After moving out of the property, my…read moresecurity deposit was charged for "junk removal" and "cleaning" even though the house was left in excellent, clean condition after a deep professional cleaning. The most concerning part was their response when I asked for documentation. Instead of providing photos, inspection reports, or invoices supporting these charges, they stated that it is their "company policy" not to discuss security deposit disputes by email or phone. In other words, they deduct hundreds of dollars from your deposit and then refuse to explain or discuss it. Some of the items they claimed were "left behind" were not even mine and were already present at the property. Yet they still charged me for removing them. This kind of lack of transparency and refusal to provide basic documentation is extremely concerning. Tenants deserve a clear explanation and evidence when money is withheld from their deposit. Based on my experience, renters should be extremely cautious when dealing with this company and document everything very carefully.
