The house has had electrical issues since day one. The appliances have failed -- the oven, the boiler failed two months ago, and now the AC has failed twice in less than two weeks. On top of that, the technicians they hire are useless. They showed up at the house and left without notifying me or making any kind of report about what's going on. I do not recommend this place at all.

I've lived in this house for about a year now, and before any of the current situations were even a problem, there was a leak in my ceiling when I moved in and it took them weeks just to fix it before I could move into this place. I had to pay extra at my apartment complex because of that. there have been multiple broken items in this house that they refuse to fix like the dishwasher the fridge in the dryer because they claim they're still "technically functional". This most recent incident was a leak in the ceiling again that we noticed and put in a maintenance request for that took eight days to even be noticed and nobody did anything about to the point where we're at 11:50 PM three days ago there was an actively in my ceiling. It took the 24 hour emergency line 30 minutes to answer for them to tell me that nobody was showing up, but that they would put in a maintenance request in the morning. I had to call the plumbing company on my own to schedule someone to come in because they didn't do it. It is now taking 72 hours for a restoration company to come fix the hole in my ceiling because there has been a miscommunication between every single company that has tried to come out and fix this problem. they will not answer the phone. They will not relay any information and they are genuinely one of the most lazy awful companies I have ever dealt with. on top of all of this without any prior communication they waited until the very last last minute that they could to tell us about our termination of tenancy. You're supposed to give at least a 60 day notice and they waited until that last day of the 60 days with five minutes to spare on their business day and the cherry on top is that they literally taped it on our front door. There was no phone call. There was no email. There was no other way to reach out. They literally taped it on our door. I would rather live in my car than deal with this property management company again and I will be getting my lawyer involved.

The thing I notice most about them is the level of professionalism I receive. Believe me, there are a lot of companies that just don't have their **** together. Those companies give me incorrect information, are rude, and basically show a lack of compassion and understanding for their tenants. I always get the feeling that Jennifer cares about her tenants and is always trying to be considerate of them. The information she gives me to service her properties is always correct, and she pays her invoices on time. Also, she answers my correspondence in a timely manner. Don't you wish everyone did that? I really just wish she could manage all of the properties we service!!! Then things would always get done right all the time!

We sent at least six emails and texts that have gone unanswered trying to make sure we followed the expected protocol to meet move-out expectations. I ended up hunting down the owner's phone number to get any guidance on how to best get them the keys to their home since Greg refused to respond. We were out of the home on April 30th and have since continued to receive payment reminders for May and June rent for a home we don't live in. The May payment request is now showing past due with a penalty applied, which is distressing and frustrating. We emailed him in May to ask him to remove us from the system since we turned the keys over on April 30th. Given the lack of communication, it also likely goes without saying we've heard nothing about our security deposit. Greg made what was already a stressful moving experience infinitely worse. Do not do business with this company. They don't care about you, and certainly don't seem to care about representing themselves well.
