The first glass the warehouse sent had a small flaw and Gary conscientiously re-ordered a perfect one. My vehicle was ready to roll within a few hours of leaving it with him and it was returned with the interior much cleaner than when I left it. Gary goes the extra mile with customer service. After several hours of unsuccessfully trying to find the safelite store's phone number on line, I had to call my insurance company who then placed me on a 3 -way call with shop.
