Unfortunately, Safelite has refused to take responsibility or properly address the issue. I'm extremely disappointed that a company of this size would damage a customer's vehicle and then refuse to make it right. The quality of the customer service and accountability I received was unacceptable. I would strongly recommend documenting your vehicle thoroughly before and after any service with Safelite, because if something goes wrong, you may be left dealing with the consequences yourself. I saw a sign from Quacked, stopped and asked Tom a couple of questions, then went into the store and did my research. I came back the next morning, sat in my car and ate breakfast from Taco Bell while chatting with Tom as he filled and cured the hole in my windshield. I've included a photograph. I'm very happy with the result. You can see a tiny bit from the outside (pictured) and nearly nothing from the inside (so not pictured.) In the past two weeks, I've had stones on AZ 303 damage both my hood and my windshield. I suspect I will be seeing Tom again soon. The price was reasonable, the conversation friendly, and it was somehow comforting that the work was done by the steady hands of a retired tree surgeon. Time from start to finish was about 20 minutes. I left the reflection of the phone's lens in the picture for a reference point. Very small visible mark afterward, much better than I expected.

Let me start by stating that Tara out of the Provo office was outstanding from the time we had email exchanges to the time I arrived and took care of my car. Not only was she amazing but so where the crew, diligent, professional, courteous and efficient. The reservation, the repair and replacement including calibration was done with expertise and extremely quickly even if my car had all the bells and whistles on it. All I can do honestly is praise the service and work they performed. Their prices were competitive, and best of all you are supporting a small locally owned family business that take huge pride in their work, something you do not see in big box organizations.
