Carlos the estimator had originally gave me one price then makes you give a 50% deposit, after 2 weeks of waiting for a part that was only supposed to take a week he then upscales 200$ & says if you can't afford it he'll refund you then refused to give me the refund claiming 'it wasn't the card i used' when i have proof of the transaction with both receipts under the same card. 10 minutes later he then gives me the original price with 43$ added, unnecessary lying & frustrating experience.

I was very happy with their service from the start until the finish of the work…read more I had intended to get my windows tinted "eventually", but I just bought the car and didn't really want to take on another expense right away. However, my new car got dinged days after getting it and they were able to buff it out pretty easily. I was able to find the spot the work was done, but it took me a minute. I would be shocked if anyone who was unaware could even find the spot. While I was there, I also had my front two windows tinted while I waited and they did a good job. However, when I got the vehicle home I noticed that there was a decent bubble in the front driver side window. I contacted them the next day and they said to bring it back so it could be redone. At no point did I feel like they tried to push off the responsibility or try to get away from standing by their work. They fixed it no questions asked. I have no reason to believe that they wont also honor the lifetime warranty that they offer on their window tinting.

They called me promptly to schedule service, had a lot of immediate availability, communicated expectations for service, and was transparent on coverage. When I came to their location, the staff was kind to welcome me and show me where I could wait. They had complimentary coffee, water and wifi. They estimated all work to take 2-3 hours and actually took 1.5 hours. It was great to be in and out quickly with zero concerns.

They installed my windows IN, but something was wrong because my window, when driving over 65mph, would vibrate. It vibrated for over 1 year and still makes noise. Terrible. Today's visit was not even better. The tech was over 2 hr late. Really. The company excuse was.... running late. Really. The install was good, but the companies lack of schedule management was terrible. Recommended
