However, in the last two months we discovered they prepare it on Saturday so it is crunchy that day , HOWEVER, if you try to buy it on Sunday, it's not crunchy anymore specially, the bottom... it is a pie at this point. Last two times it was not crunchy. . We spent 10 minutes this morning investigating why it's not crunchy anymore and that's where I got the information from. One of the staff at the patisserie suggested to recall them three days ahead of time and we ask them to prepare it the same day we want to buy it... maybe we will give it a third try for a Sunday (I hope they don't give us one made the day before and tell us" oh, it's all the same"...) By the way, they discontinued, the blueberry almond tart: that one stayed crunchy for days. I'll come back next time to either give them an extra star or to take off one more star, depending on how crunchy the tarte will be. By the way France, patisserie does not stay From day today. It is baked in the morning and by five or 6 PM nothing is left... same thing at any French trained patisserie. All over the world.

Rather than understand that I wanted to keep the attractiveness in tact, she decided to take exception to my request. Then another employee walking past made some nasty comments about we don't even have those kind of containers. So I pointed them out in a nearby display of baking goods. Then after a lot of sneering and snideness a man came up from behind the counter to gruffly inform me that they are out of those containers and I will have to take they have. The girl knew, because I told her, that I wanted the cupcakes to remain attractive. So as she boxed them up I watched and she made a point of damaging a few. I should have told her shove them! What the hell is not understandable about wanting your carefully decorated baked goods to not get smear in the box?! Why was that so hard to understand? I have a photo of the cupcakes-- the only undamaged one in front. I'm reluctant to make any more purchases because they made it an unpleasant experience for no good reason

LED's (not lasers) shined on your skin which they call "laser lipo" but it is NOT actually Laser Lipolysis which is actually a different thing (GIMMICK). 2. "herbal supplements to unleash your hypothalamus" for weight loss (GIMMICK). For $0 information that comes from the internet they give you: 1. info on the Keto diet (not a gimmick). 2. Info on how caloric restriction will lead to weight loss (not a gimmick). I can understand how people need these gimmicks to trick themselves into losing weight. But I cannot forgive the vendors of these gimmicks that exploit the ignorance of desperate people to take their hard earned money. They even use pseudo-science words and intermingle real science words to confuse people: saying stuff like "diode technology!" instead of just saying they use LEDs. This is not sustainable or healthy in the long run for the person seeking weight loss. The people that provide these gimmicks make the people trying to lose weight, who often bounce back up in weight after using the gimmick, feel like its their fault for bouncing back (not realizing the gimmick did nothing) which often causes depression and makes their situation worse. Proper education can serve someone struggling with weight loss best. And while the people becoming victims of these gimmicks are worse off, these providers pat themselves in the back, telling themselves that they help people, all the way to the bank.

As anyone who has tried to lose weight knows, it is very expensive to join these types of programs. While I didn't mind spending the money, going in with my eyes wide opened, the program seriously lacks any type of structure. Cornerstone advertises no shots, or gimmicks, yet the drops are a gimmick, so I don't think they can say there are no gimmicks. Then, the next "gimmick" is that they put you on this table that allegedly works the fat loose - it just seemed like a lot of smoke and mirrors. Also , I met with Trina ONE TIME on the initial buy in and then you deal with Julia. While Julia is very nice, no one ever explained what her qualifications are. You go in each week to see Julia. Julia weighs you, measures you, and takes your photo. Then she puts you on the gimmick table and that's it. That's it except for the push to buy more products from them. I joined in May. Went on vacation a few weeks later and when I came back I waited for them to call me to get back on the Julia schedule. Of course, that call never came. I feel like Cornerstone Wellness exploits people in their desperation to lose weight and , like lots of things in this world, it's all about the hard sell and the money.
