Contacted cleaning service and made appointment for the next day, 5PM. They were a no show. No reason why. Never contacted me to reschedule. I ended up going with a different cleaner--not on yelp. She charged $100 for about 4 hours. I can share her contact info for those interested. Call Maria. 415-756-9560 I have continued using her. Feel free to text Maria, give your name and where you live and the date and time you want her to go. She will respond if she can or provide the next available date she can go to you. She's worth it. read more

Daniella (and the woman she brought along who's name escapes me right now) are great. As a young male who lives by himself and is hardly ever home, things can spiral out of control very quickly. All of sudden you look around and you're like, "I don't even remember wearing all these clothes!" Needless to say, my place was spotless when she left. My shoes were organized (which must've been a TOUGH task considering the amount of shoes I have), my clothes were folded, the bathroom was spotless, and the kitchen and living room were as well. I mean, the place was cleaner than when I FIRST moved in. I'll definitely be contacting Perfectly Clean again, and will be recommending them as well to anyone else who is looking for house cleaning services, too. read more

I think Dorothy B must've caught them on a bad day because I have only had positive experiences with Daniela and Graciela. Most times, I am so embarrassed at how dirty my house is on cleaning day that I try and clean just a little before they get here. They do an excellent job and what I like the most about them is the fact that one time I left $800 laying around and they returned it to me. It would have been easy to take that money and I probably would have never known. It is this honesty and great cleaning that keeps me coming back for more. I highly recommend them, you won't be dissatisfied. read more

These people do an amazing job and they have integrity. They show up on time and they leave your place organized and spotless. She accidentally broke my cell phone charger while vacuuming one time, but returned after an hour with a brand new charger and apologized. It really wasn't necessary, but I appreciated it. They cleaned my apartment before I handed the keys back to the landlord and did such a great job that I got all of my deposit back. They were really nice and flexible to answer my last minute call and accepted to do this the day after Christmas. The best cleaners I've ever had! I no longer live in the peninsula and I'm sad for not being able to use their services anymore. read more

I was moving so needed a deep clean on an empty house to get my deposit back. I made the appointment 3 days in advance no problem.. showed up on time the scheduled day.. they got right to it explaining they had my order and knew exactly what I needed as per how I explained over the phone.. GReat! I finished some of my own things around the garage etc.. Went back up, when they pointed to a pile and asked throw away? I replied yes for it was just a pile of what appeared to be garbage ...they finished promptly I'd say in 2 hours (which I knew seemed rushed) they pointed around the house real quick in a hurry and asked ok ok? Then promptly left... Soon after their departure I noticed the large bottle of wine I had left on my counter to gift to my landlord in appreciation was gone! Also a full bottle of dish soap which I intended on taking to my new place and also a new huge box of garbage bags. They literally took or threw away everything! Not sure which but either way it was really irritating. Especially the wine for my landlord gone.... So rude! My landlord arrives, discovers the shower door is broken( which it was NOT before they came, because I took a shower that morning!) After looking at it and messing with it for 20 mins I realized the little piece on the bottom was replaced upside down..an easy fix, I just find it really rude they left it like that, and didn't even tell me when they knew I was having an inspection!! Then I noticed one of the kitchen cabinets broke off the hinge, like someone helped themself up on it.. And lastly my landlord points out the fireplace was not cleaned and I had to clean it! Now here I am with NO cleaning supplies, nothing in the house at all, having payed someone $175 for 2 Hrs of cleaning, trying to clean Ashes out of a fireplace with my bare hands and a paper bag I found in my car! Wtf I have never been so irritated in my life. read more

I found Perfectly Clean here on Yelp and was impressed with the consistent 5-star ratings. Having gone through a number of unimpressive cleaning services before, I crossed my fingers and hoped for the best. Daniela's team delivered! I believe it's her sister who comes out with another woman (apologies ladies! I need to write down your names!) and they do a stellar job. Very thorough. I walked into my place today and it looked & smelled sparkling clean. I could not be happier. I also really appreciate their integrity. Daniela quoted me a price for an initial deep clean and they honored that price even though it took longer than they expected. I highly recommend this service. read more

My wife and I have been using Perfectly Clean for over a year and we are very happy their service. Our house is home to 3 dogs and 4 cats - so Mayara has her work cut out for her every two weeks. Nevertheless, the house is spotless when she finishes. She always shows up on time and does a great job. read more

6/19/2016 - It's been several years so I wanted to update this review. Mayara and her team are still cleaning my house, and do an amazing job. It's a great feeling to know that when they come to my house, it will not only be sparkling clean when they leave, it will feel like the house has been given TLC. They even take time to love my dog, who adores them. I am a very satisfied customer, and I recommend them highly. 2012 - I started using Perfectly Clean in late January and I couldn't be happier with them. They do a thorough cleaning job for a reasonable price. These women are cheerful, hard working, and a pleasure to have in my house. I look forward to coming home after they've been here because it just feels great to be in my Perfectly Clean home! Daniella is great about checking in with me around details, and when her team was delayed due to an accident on the freeway, she was on the phone to me in a flash. I love that this is a family owned and operated company, and expect they'll be cleaning my house for a long time to come. read more

I've used Perfectly Clean on a weekly basis for about 3 months. Daniella and Mayara have exceeded my expectations. They're very thorough and I appreciate that they're flexible and accommodating - for example cleaning the outside of sliding doors (that they usually don't do) instead of one or two of our bedrooms (since 2 of our 4 bedrooms are unused for the most part). I met Mayara once prior to our first cleaning, and have never seen her or her team since, as they clean my place on a weekday morning/afternoon when we all are working. She's hardly missed anything - full marks to them. They accommodated my needs by agreeing to come in to clean the day in the week before the garbage is collected. Makes my life easier. I recommend trying them out. read more

I chose perfectly clean for over 2 years and they always keep my home clean and neat! Always reliable, perfect clean as their name! I definitely will continue using their services! Awesome team! read more

Mayara and Daniella just left after doing a deep clean of my home and I am over the moon with how through they were! First, they were on time, that in itself was a first with a house keeper. They worked the whole time, being mindful of what room I was working in. They went above and beyond! not only was everything cleaned better than I think it even looked when I moved into the place, but they do cute little things when they put the house back together. They also cleaned inside of things that no other cleaner has ever done. I have two Husky's so my house is not exactly an easy one and they still took their time and cleaned ever nook and crany. I appreciated the ability to communicate clearly with Mayara and will defiantly be requesting their services on a permanent basses. Thank you ladies for putting up with the pups and working with such high integrity to provide such exceptional work! H read more

Hi, This is my first yelp review. I don't like to speak negative about anyone, but in this case I wanted to give a heads up. I hired Daniella to clean my home about 4 months ago...I had to wait a week to get the crew scheduled, but was excited because of the great reviews. I had to leave work at lunchtime to come home to meet her. She never showed up and never called. After about 45 minutes of waiting, I called and left a message asking what happened. She finally called more than an hour after the scheduled appt with the excuse that her car broke down-ummm, hmm, heard of cell phones. She didn't even apologize! She offered to come in three days later, but I decided not to waste my time again. read more

We had never had a house cleaner before but I decided to go for it when i was nine months pregnant and could no longer bend over to put on my shoes, let alone clean the bathroom, but i just HAD to have the house sparkling before the little one arrived. I found Daniella and my life changed! Daniella spent the day at our house and cleaned things I never knew were dirty! I can confidently say that that Daniella will be in our lives for a long time.. i can no longer imagine a clean house without her! read more

Daniella is absolutely the best organizer we have ever found. I am very picky and my husband is even worse. Daniella in less than two days totally emptied cleaned and organized three closets. Two were large walk in closets that were no longer walk ins... in fact you could not even get in them they were so packed with junk and clutter. She calmly and efficiently organized papers books files photos clothes shoes and made it all look beautiful and tidy. We can actually find things for the first time in ten years! She also hauled away all our old clothes and we had a ton. This dreaded chore that we had put off for years was a breeze...thank you Daniella. We have other areas for you to do as soon as you are available again. I know how popular and sought after you are. mmmm Maybe I should not be commenting here for fear you will never have time for us again.:-) You are one in a million ... A true gem. read more
