It's got a flavor of old school gas stations where a swarm of men would surround like you see in old school movies. Very friendly staff. There can be a line though as they can have very competitive prices. Another plus! Oh and free air! Sweet! There is a service station as well that does oil changes and other auto repair. They have a AAA tow truck service out of the location as well. A couple years ago my car died at an intersection near the shop and one of their tow truck drivers stopped and got me and the car out of the middle of the road and to the service station. I've always been very happy with their service as well. Bill is great as are the other mechanics I've dealt with.

Quick and efficient service, it took them 4 days to finish all the work needed. 4. They detailed the inside and outside of the car when I had gotten it back. I'm so amazed because the last shop I was with did not do that. 5. I love it that they are friendly and approachable to talk to, making it helpful for customers to ask questions. Brought my car in for front-end collision repair. The…read moreestimate didn't include the radiator, and they didn't replace it. Problem is, the radiator was clearly damaged from the impact. Car overheated within 2 days of pickup. Had to bring it to another shop who confirmed the radiator should have been replaced trom the start. I expect a body shop to catch damage like this during teardown, not send me home with a car that can't drive safely. Poor inspection and no heads-up. Now I'm out more time and money.

I live a mile away, drove right over and was assisted by Brendan. Since it was lunchtime, I was told I would receive a call as soon as everyone was back and was offered a ride home (very sweet, but it was just a quick walk). Darren called me an hour later with the news that my muffler was good.... but I needed a new catalytic converter. Yikes. He ordered the parts right away (2:30 on Thursday afternoon) and my car was ready 24 hours later. They have photos and videos of what your car needs, Darren and I talked about how this is a great, honest tool for everyone involved (EVERY business should have this!). I am grateful they could get my car in right away, and I'm confident I found a new place for all types of repairs. I was refused a state inspection, and he made several negative comments about EVs/Teslas (I drive a Tesla). I went to the shop next door and had no problem getting my car inspected. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this place for state inspection. Update: To clarify, I asked for assistance placing the inspection sticker properly on the windshield, which another nearby inspection shop was able to do for me immediately afterward without any issue. What made the experience uncomfortable was not the sticker itself, but the interaction. During the conversation, the owner leaned his arm/body against my half-open car window while speaking to me. I politely asked him not to do that, and the situation immediately became hostile. I was then told to "get out"/"leave." The negative comments about EVs/Teslas and the aggressive attitude were unprofessional and are the reason for my review. I also noticed a review from another Asian customer describing a similar experience of being yelled at. I cannot speak to the intent behind it, but combined with my own experience, it made the environment feel uncomfortable and unwelcoming. This review reflects my honest experience as a customer.

They have appointments open constantly and 'reservations' are easy to make. In terms of quality, I have been in there twice--once because my 'check engine' light lit up and the other for the 45,000 mile routine maintenance--and the results couldn't have been better. Problems are discovered quickly and solutions are provided even faster. What sets theCARS Company apart from any other car shop I've been to is their customer care. Point in case: recommending a cheap buff-and-polish job for the many bumps and scratches on my car as opposed to an extremely expensive paint job. Need another example? They offer discounts and coupons constantly. They don't hide them from you. In fact, make sure to politely ask if they have any available and they will respond honestly. Believe me, they've got your back and they're looking to protect your wallet. They seem genuinely interested in your best interest and not on making a quick buck. Very professional, well-organized, and reasonable prices: what else could you ask for?

I have to say, I was very happy with this place, particularly the service of the mechanics that work there and their willingness to help me, despite my strange requests. That's the short story. The long story is, I noticed a very unpleasant smell in my car (a few months after I spilled some bean juice in my car, and I thought I had cleaned it up). It seemed to be coming from the back seat, so I went crazy trying to mask/clean it. i used baking soda, whole bottles of Fabreeze, even bleach, still no luck. Finally, I decided I had to look underneath my seat (its a bench seat) to see if there was some kind of bean juice cesspool growing down there. Now, I have no idea how to get this seat up, so I had no choice but to swallow my embarrassment and ask help from someone that would know. I'm sure these guys thought I was crazy, but they were very nice to me all the same, and obliged my request to pull the seat up. They didn't notice it at first, but when they pulled up a cloth sound barrier, it hit them like a wall! They recommended I replace it and even called dodge to see if they had a part for me, but they couldnt find it. I endued up wiping down the underside of the seat and bleaching the sound barrier. Car has smelled fine ever since! So basically, I was just really happy that these guys were willing to help me and didnt give me as many strange looks as I probably deserved. This may have not been a typical car problem, but I could tell by how they treated me and carried themselves that they were professionals.

So I called. It is almost done. 5pm rolls around and still no phone call. I called and they didn't even work on the car yet. I took off work for this and my second job also. I lost about $200 in pay. I know things happen, but let me know so I could have taken the car and done things.
