My longtime mechanic had retired, and I wasn't sure where to go next until I discovered D&G Auto Repair on Yelp! In August 2025, I brought my car in for brake service (pads and rotors replacement). From the very beginning, I felt I was in good hands. Paulo, the manager, responded to my Yelp inquiry almost immediately. He was professional, kind, and attentive. He listened carefully to my concerns and explained everything in a clear, respectful way, something I truly appreciate. I felt a strong sense of trust that he genuinely cared about my car and my safety. When I arrived at the shop, Paulo was just as professional and kind in person. He made me feel confident in my choice to use to D&G Auto Repair. After I left my car, he followed up via text with an estimated bill before starting any work, which gave me peace of mind and control over the process. The shop itself is small but clearly run by expert technicians, and the waiting room is clean and comfortable, a nice bonus! I returned yesterday with a question about a noise I'd heard. Tony, one of the technicians, came out and personally walked around my car with me. He pointed out how clean it looked and even asked about repairs I had done elsewhere. He gave me a mini lesson on body repair which was surprisingly enlightening. He then gave me directions to the nearest Auto Parts store and Car Wash. That kind of extra care is rare and so appreciated. No independent shop had the equipment or know-how to do the job, and the dealer wanted $5000 for the repair. Rayteam did it for $1800. They were friendly, accommodating, and VERY knowledgeable. When I told them what was going on, they knew exactly what was wrong and quickly came up with a plan to fix the car. It's been more than two years since this happened and their work has held up flawlessly. They're a bit far from me to do routine maintenance with, but if I need a larger, more complex job done they will be the first number I call.

I ended up only getting my subwoofer and amp installed. After their third visit (to complete the amp/sub install) I paid them the amount we agreed upon for the radio and sub. But, the next morning I woke up with dead battery and found out the subwoofer wasn't turning off with the car and just draining my battery. I left two messages and they didn't respond to either. When I tried to return my radio to recoup some of the cost they lost a lot of my packaging. So now it's been almost two months and no response from them over text or call.
