The easiest part was knowing that I would return to O'Reilly's for the work to be done, and did not even think of going anywhere else. Supply chain delays have really slowed things down for them, but Dustin kept me in the loop of everything that was happening and when I finally did pick up my car, my 14 year old Volvo looked fabulous.... and was sparkling clean inside AND out! They have always been busy, but they do have more cars in progress now due to the situation of getting parts in (as well as people keeping their cars for longer than in the past); be patient, and you will see the miracles performed on your car!

Until recently I had a Honda Accord that I ultimately kept for 22 years, and at the end it was falling apart. I used it as a beach and skiing car, and John kept it going and safe for many years after I otherwise would have had to sell it, doing good work on the essentials, but also generously and inexpensively (or for free) making minor patches, e.g. for rattling exhaust shields. My other cars are much newer and in much better shape, and I take them to Accel when they need non-warranty service as well. The loaner cars are a real boon, as I don't have to get someone to drive me down and pick me up. Accel has my highest recommendation!

Sam and Scott are easily two of the most pleasant people I have ever interacted with. They're knowledgeable and truly want to help their clients - not screw them over financially. They'll tell you what's going on with your car and explain what your options are - explaining the purposes and reasoning. And unlike some garages, they'll tell you when work isn't necessary or when it can be put off - because they are good people. Last year, my car reached the end of its lifespan and it was time for a new one. I called up Sam, who goes to auctions often for their used car inventory, told him my budget and what I was hoping to find right down to the color (black cars mean better car cookies in the summer). He found one that matched the description perfectly, within the price window, and within a week I was trading in my old car and purchasing the car I have now, which I absolutely adore. They're professional, honest, hard working and they get to know each person. I cannot speak highly enough about these guys, but I can say for certain if you're looking for a place that will treat you like a person who matters (regardless of car knowledge) and provide exceptional service - look no further. OTG is here for you.
