The technician rushed through the entire pedicure, cut my nails way too short even though I clearly told him not to, and the overall service felt careless. While he did spend time on the leg and foot massage, it was extremely aggressive and uncomfortable rather than relaxing. When it was finally over, I was shocked to be charged $100 for a pedicure without tip. I've paid $50 or $60 at most for a gel pedicure at other salons and for much better service, so the price here was not worth the experience at all.
