I went to liberty nails and spa by Brian last week and they say acrylics are $50 a set. They charge me $61. One of my nails just broke today not a very great ass atmosphere. First time I went there I was not happy at ALL. (Summer 2015) paid almost $65 for one of their "spa" pedicures. The massage literally was ZERO. She never even attempted. So I awkwardly asked her to do it and she half assed it for about 2 mins. As I've said in my other reviews, I get pedicures mainly for the massage. I am always on my feet waitressing/bartending as my second job. I need to relax and someone to work on my extremely sore feet. I usually don't do this, but being that I was paying A LOT for this pedicure, I went to the manager and spoke to him and he sincerely apologized, he told me to ask for him next time and he will take better care of me. He said this isn't the first complaint he's gotten about the girl. I wish he would've at least taken a little off but it's whatever. Now I've been back a few times and I have never left disappointed. I haven't seen that girl since. They are a little more pricey than most, but overall do a good job. Place is very clean and all of the nail technicians are nice! I love the way they do gel manicures. They shape the nail nicely and take their time. Make sure to make an appointment though. They seem to get quite busy!! (I still don't agree that any of the products they use for the "upgrade pedicures" is worth it. No nonsense kind of place. They get the job done and they do it well quickly. Definetley not like the City spa experience that is standard.. no hand/back massage, no hot towel. No super strict clean standards. Staff are friendly and good color selection. Pedicures also lack basic massage and pampering. read more

I LOVE Brian, he does the best job doing my acrylics. Thomas and Lucky are good too, they are my go to's when Brian is all booked. The only thing I wish they could improve is trying to learn how to keep up with trends, like ombre and designs. I asked for an ombré nail twice and was told that nobody knew how to do it, but since it's such a big trend nowadays and I feel that they should try and learn it at home. Another time I asked for a drip design and was told that only Brian knows how to do things like that and I just feel that everyone should keep up to his standard. I got the lash extensions. Loved the girl who did them. She explained everything. Let me choose the legnth I wanted. Took about 25 minutes total. She did an amazing job. I have "movie star" lashes! I get complimented left, right and center. I have always had little non exixtant lashes. These are just what I was looking for. Now if I want to flutter my lashes I can actually do it. Take the plunge and do it. You will feel like a million bucks. read more

Best nail salon in Sullivan County...always polite and they always give you what you want!

Got my nails done there for the 2nd time now.. Nice place and nice staff. The mani and pedi were both good (a little longer/firmer foot & hand massage would be nice) but overall it was good! Did exactly what I wanted and although packed with customers the wait was no more than 10 minutes. Happy to have a new nail place in the area that I can count on!! read more
