Dawn is thoroughly professional (within seconds, I got a text/email confirming my appointment), has a fun, smart, positive attitude (reflected in the music and decor), and knows her business. She's a perfectionist, an artist, and a craftswoman--turning me from frazzled and frizzy to sleek and smooth (I had a keratin treatment). When a woman spends big $ and a lot of time at a salon, she wants the best: Dawn delivers. I like to patronize women-owned businesses. Dawn's Beauty On Tap Salon and Spa is a GIFT to everyone far and wide (she has men customers as well)--in the community-center style of a neighborhood barber shop (on the nice day I went, her door was open and she welcomed each inquiry/walk in without taking time away from me). This is my first YELP review. I hope I boosted Dawn's establishment--she thoroughly deserves it!
