I really don't recommend going to this salon AT ALL…read more Julianne did my hair and she was extremely aggressive, she pulled at my hair roughly and it gave me a lot of breakage from how rough she was. After leaving the salon my scalp felt so sore and my hair was dry and just not what I wanted or was expecting. I went somewhere else to get my hair fixed and the other salon was much more professional and explained everything they would do and they actually cared about their clients and their hair. I did not feel welcome in the salon and was very uncomfortable during my appointment. I would never go back there. The environment is nice and clean but the staff is not very professional. I have tried to call in regards to my issues and I did not receive any help. Also, this salon randomly threw dark dye on my hair. I did not ask for any dark in my hair and they did not inform me of this either. I was trying to get an even brighter blonde. I went to another salon recently and the black/dark brown could not lift out of my hair. It's been such an awful experience and it set me back months on my hair journey. I have never written a review or been so dissatisfied by a service. To this day I am still disgusted by how terrible this experience was and to add onto it I've had a family member who is Indian go in for highlights and they had a terrible experience. They felt as if there was aggression based on her background and multiple backhanded remarks were made. She has completely virgin black hair and wanted to add in highlights and was continuously accused and questioned about having henna on her hair. I understand asking once but to make the assumption and be so aggressive, repeatedly asking and causing discomfort is insane. She did the same to me during my service and I tried to overlook it but it seems to be a pattern. It is very clear the owner/stylist who did both of our hair, Julianne, is very opinionated and stuck in her ways. I am in shock by the blatant disrespect and lack of regard for her paying customers.
