They clean roofs, gutters, windows for residences and handle janitorial services for commercial buildings. They also will work with home sellers, agents, and/or stagers to ready a home for sale. They are detail-oriented, fair in pricing, fast, and on time. We've contracted quite a few maintenance services who either just don't show up or don't do a good job. They neglected to tell us; I didn't discover until I went to set my alarm. I was able to repair one screen. I got a quote to fix two of the screens and gave it to Clearview; Berta said it was high and I invited her to come over and look at the damage. She agreed to send an electrician to fix one screen and took the other screen to get repaired and fix the alarm wires and then have an electrician connect the screen to the sensor. I had to email her for the screen and to ask when they were going to send someone over to fix. Her father brought over the repaired screen but the wires still needed to be connected on both screens. When I emailed her (after two months of delays) asking her when an electrician would be coming over; she never answered. I finally had to have the alarm company come over and fix. Bottom line - very poor, disappointing, and unprofessional service from a company that damaged my screens and refused to fix them.
