Incredible service!!!! My house is over twenty years old and has only been power washed once before. So, needless to say, it was in need of a good cleaning. Most power wash companies use the strength of the power washer to clean the house. Perfect Power Wash uses a safe power wash with a light spray and a biodegradable cleaner. I was very pleased with this approach to cleaning, as I was originally nervous that power washing could cause some of the paint on the trim of my house to chip. While the team was here, they also cleaned the roof. There was a couple of stains in areas were rain travels the most. The cleaning they did removed 100% of the stains. All I can say is - WOW!! My roof and my vinyl siding haven't looked this clean in over ten years. These guys really did a great job and provided it with excellent service. I should have read these reviews prior to hiring these clowns. I used them 2 years ago to clean our roof and after 4 visits, they got it clean. I again, stupid, signed a piece of paper without fully reading it, committing me to an annual service that verbally i was told I could cancel at any time. I used them last year and after 2 visits and a huge charge for a porch area i wanted cleaned, we were done. Now, they are reaching out this year...said i had to cancel by mid March in order to not owe them $385 this year. Of course no reminders of the cancel date as any other reputable business does and the person i spoke to on the phone only had a reply of "it is in the written contract". Yes, i got mad and after only being read a script 3 times to answer a very fair question about how we come to a resolution. Apparently they only train their "supervisors" to read, not to listen , I used an expletive. I asked that someone call me back that had a better customer rapport . Following is excerpts from the voicemail I received back from the same kid. "You want somebody to talk to? I'm the one on the phone! I know the only reason you don't want to talk to me is because i won't say it isn't cancelled. I am more than willing to sit down and talk like adults......" OMG. Is this a company you want to work with and do quality work for you. I offered to use them next year, I just don't need services this year and this is how they react?!? Too many other options of companies who get the work done the first time and also don't play games to rope you into a commitment for overpriced work. Run!! read more

Horrible company! They came out and missed many spots on my home and then left a giant stain down the front. Said they would come fix within 10 days and no one showed. A month later they tried to come out after I fixed it myself, assuming no one was coming out. I called and they said too bad. SHOCKER is that after talking to customer service he said he has delt with this "many times" and they can give me a couple hundred dollars. Concerning that this happens to them a lot where they don't complete or do a poor job... go elsewhere and DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!! read more

I used their service once a couple of years ago. It was okay, but they were so aggressive about adding on services. since then, for the past two years, I've been receiving endless calls, messages and texts from them- telling me I'm due for service. I called them last year and told them I'm not interested and to take me off of the call list. But they just kept calling and texting so I blocked the number. Now this spring, I'm getting messages from a different number. I called it- I talked to Brian and told him to take me off the list and that I felt like they were harassing me. I had them out one time to clean my driveway and they told me that the sealer that they put on has to be used every year. Concrete sealer last for 5 to 10 years so whatever they are using is not good. Also they continuously call you about more services. I have talked to them multiple times and told them to take me off of their calling list but they still keep calling. They have called me every day for the past two weeks. Even after blocking their phone numbers, they find other numbers to call you on with the same message. At this point, it is considered harassment, and I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau. read more

I hired Perfect Power Wash to wash the house two years ago. Although the employees were nice they didn't rinse the house off that well and my bushes are almost dead. I called the company, someone came and looked at the bushes, left, and never heard back. I Would not recommend. very unprofessional. read more

Ray and Oscar power washed our brick house, the aluminum shutters, posts & gutters, and all of our windows. They were here for 90 minutes and did a stellar job of getting the algae, grime and mildew crud off--especially from the gutters. They were careful to first remove clay pots, doormats, etc. before blasting water, and nothing was damaged; including our emerging spring flowers. The guys even washed around a bird's nest on top of our porch light! There was a lingering scent of bleach afterward for a few hours, but it smelled 'clean' to us, so we didn't mind. We are so pleased with PPW that we plan to have them come out annually for a spring cleaning. Next time, we will ask them to also clean our concrete driveway and brick retaining walls. Service was fine. My house was washed. A year and a half later charged $200 because I didn't do more business with them. Had a tech out too as they continuously called me to schedule service making me believe had purchased an annual power wash. Guy came out said it was just a sales call so I sent him away. If I'd been informed while he was here that it I didn't act before a certain date I would be charged I would've been able to make a more educated decision. read more

Avoid this company. I only hired them because I wanted to make sure the driveway was clean before I sealed it. They were unable to thoroughly clean my driveway with their equipment but they were still able to charge me for their shoddy work. Additionally, the cleaning solution that they used was over-sprayed onto our freshly washed windows and all over the deck railings. They did not even take the time to rinse the solution off the railings but instead left it for me to do. The salesman on the phone touts their record as the best power-washing company in the area, then proceeds trying to upsell their various other services, including sealing, yearly contract, etc. The technician told my wife that their driveway sealer needs to be reapplied every year. I use v-seal which lasts 5 to 10 years between applications. They must use water. Save yourself the aggravation and use someone else. $800 wasted. read more

if you're fixing up your dream home, or perhaps you're renovating a house you have. You might have dreams of a perfectly bright concrete driveway. Perhaps you're looking for the company that'll shampoo, and condition, laboriously cleansing decades worth of dirt and grime from your driveway. If that's what you're looking for then look for another contractor. I've rented equipment before and was able to get alot of dirt of from my driveway. When they came they finished in about 45 minutes. He was just washing it with the hose by the time I looked out he was already halfway down my driveway. I didn't want to believe it but it was true. Don't even think they "sealed" anything. I attached a photo. Where they parked there truck theres now a mystery blotch of dirt that wasn't there before. My best guess is they didn't move there truck and just sprayed with the hose around it, and hey I guess the job was done. My bill came in the mail, msrp for this job was 1000 for my square footage, they estimated my driveway size through google maps. I was able to haggle and get a decent price but still what I paid was way to much for them to do as little as possible like they did on my driveway. I'm gonna guess this is common practice which is why they probably only got 4 reviews on yelp. But I need you to know to strongly run away from the thoughts of having these people work on your home. read more

I was initially put off from using PPW based on the reviews in Yelp. But, I did talk to a few of my neighbors that used them, the work looked good so a took my chances and was pleasantly surprised. Their representative (Ryan) and his partner did a GREAT job on my driveway, were pleasant, polite, and professional. By the way, the service truck is equipped with professional grade equipment, not just a simple power washer. You can feel confortable using this company. read more

I told him that's not going to cover it and I asked him if I could talk to the owner or a higher up. He told me no. Would NOT recommend!!! We live in a nice Brownstown downtown Columbus. PPW was powerwashing our neighbors patio..asked them to clean ours. I saw how they had left the trash from our neighbors on our sidewalks and patio, so I asked the tech to make sure all our neighbors areas are left clean. They DID NOT, In fact was so bad our neighbors had to wade through the mess to enter their front door. I called their customer service and they said a tech would be out to clean it up..NEVER HAPPENED. I called several time and was finally told it would be a week!! They talked me into agreeing to a membership. They did show up for the appt but it was pouring down rain so the detergent they were trying to use just washed off. These guys are the most un-professional individuals I have ever dealt with. Their sales team is relentless and the price you get out of the gate is grossly high! If you don't commit on the phone right there they will give 10% off. If you don't commit you will receive a text message offering 40% off and then that dollar is even negotiable! They say on their estimate they do not charge tax then in their negotiations they say that tax is included! Very shady business practices on the phone. BTW, final straw is they will be using your water! Attempted to speak with a manager and he was extremely rude on the phone which resulted in him trying to speak over me. I would highly recommend staying away from this company! When i spoke with the manager about the pricing he stated that any good business will never give a good price out of the gate! I understand that practice but inflaing the price out of the gate 50% is very bad business practices. read more

Called to schedule a driveway wash and seal 2 weeks ago, was told on the phone that it may be done the same week still. That week went by and no one showed up, I called the next week to find out when they were coming and was told it would be the end of the week or the following Monday. Those days came and went and no one showed up so I called again and left a message. They called me back and informed me it was scheduled for today. They said I would get a text and email when the technician was on the way. The technician showed up around 4 with no call or email first and about 1/2 an hour before it was supposed to down pour rain. He power washed the driveway and said he would have to come back to seal it due to the rain. Called the office and spoke to customer service about why it wasn't rescheduled to a different day because of the rain and also informed them I was highly disappointed in the lack of communication as to when my scheduled appointment was and no text or email when he was on the way. Was offered a $50 discount due to the issues and was told they would be back next Thursday to finish. I asked if they would power wash the driveway again before sealing it since it didn't get done today. Didn't want them to just show up thinking it was already washed and try to just seal it with it possibly being dirty. I just felt like their lack of communication was very unprofessional. Most other businesses will let you know when your appointment is and even send you a reminder. I didn't receive any of this and was told it might be my phone provider blocking it, shortly after I got off the phone with them I received a text message asking me to rate the technicians performance. Must not have been my carrier blocking it after all. Here's to hoping next Thursday goes better and they complete the job without any more hiccups. read more
