The painter went above and beyond, even as far as to clean any paint off the wood floor (that was actually paint that I had spilled myself - and was just putting off). You don't pay for the services until their done (not even a deposit). When I went to pay i wanted to use a credit card, but there was not someone in the office to take it, so I gave the painter a check. I called the office and let them know I really wanted to use a credit card (b/c I was trying to earn points), and they told me no problem, shredded the check, and took the CC payment over the phone. In every aspect this company exceeded my expectations.

If there was any area I would say there could be an improvement: some trim and surfaces were not well-masked or covered and dried paint and dust had to be scrubbed and cleaned off of trim, floor, or other surfaces. They used quality materials that won't rot, knew to use the proper caulk for PVC board that expands and contracts more than wood and put on two coats of paint. Everyone was friendly and smiling. When they were done they cleaned up and left me with gleaming white trim and porch. It looks fantastic. I have recommended them to friends, one of which has used them and also raves about their work.
