    Careless, dishonest installer. He broke a transom window and did not report. I noticed three weeks later and corporate stated I waited too long to report. No where in the contract does it state that any damage done by installer has to be reported within a certain time frame. The installer was probably hoping it would go unnoticed because of this corporate policy. My recommendation if you decide to have this product installed would be to follow the installer to make sure they don't damage your property.

    This shows the front of my house and as you can see there is NO gutter protection. What is the hold up?

    I signed a contract with LeafFilter on July 12th, 2021. The salesman advised that before LeafFilter got paid I would need to sign Certificate of Satisfaction. I was advised job would be done on July13, 2021. He said technician would be there between 8-9a. At 10:30 I received a call from technician saying he was on his way. 1:30 still no one, kept calling install department checking on status and kept getting a run around. At 4p I told her I was canceling the request when they could not tell me why tech never showed. July 14th at 8:15 I received a call saying tech on his way and I said No, request was cancelled. I sent a certified letter stating my cancellation. At the end of the month I received a bill from Wells Fargo on September 10th who I was financing the job through for$3937.00. I called Wells Fargo disputing the bill. They opened dispute 20143006. I also called LeafFilter in Worthington, Ohio with nothing but promises the General Manager Brian MeDernitt would call me. After many days of continually calling Mr McDermitt called. He said he was aware of the issue and would submit paperwork to WellsFargo to advise the job was cancelled. On September 10th I received a denial of my dispute from Wells Fargo stating LeafFilter advised services were completed. Along with the documentation Wells Fargo sent they enclosed the Certificate of Customer Satisfaction. For a job that was cancelled and no gutter protection at my home how would I sign that Certificate. I did not sign it but the the technician FORGED my signature. I have continued to call LeafFilter but to no avail. I also have reopened my case with WellsFargo and advised them that the Certificate was FORGED and LeafFilter can send someone to my home to verify I DO NOT nor would ever have from them. As of October 5th I have yet to hear from LEAFFilter. STAY AWAY from this company.

    We had the absolute worst experience with this company. We chose them because of all the good…read morereviews but were extremely disappointed in the level of professionalism, lack of care taken with our property, and the poor workmanship. When we had a couple guys come out to do a water test to see where the leak was, the one was extremely unprofessional, made comments about how he thought my husband was the son of the homeowner. Apparently he thought we were too young to own a home(we are in our mid 30's). He got hot in our attic after about 15 mins and decided we must not have a leak. The water stain above our bed in our bedroom was not enough to convince him of a leak. He ended up getting into a heated argument with my husband and left the job site with his other worker still on the roof spraying water for the test. The other worker apologized and said he would not be having the angry worker come back on the job. When they came back to do a whole new roof on our back deck and repair the main roof, they laid out a 4ft by 4ft tarp to take care of our property. We were told in the beginning our yard and home would be completed tarped off and they would clean up all debris and take pictures of their progress as it was happening so we could be involved as homeowners. Obviously the tarp was way too small to handle this kind of job and debris was left scattered all over our yard. We have 3 dogs, 2 of which were puppies at the time, so we were mainly concerned with them stepping on or eating 1 of the hundreds of nails and staples they left in our yard. When we brought up our concern, the worker left us his magnet he was supposed to use on the yard for us to use because it was getting late and he needed to leave. There was no supervisor or manager on the job site at all, and none of the workers could speak English to bring up our concerns too. They were supposed to take the dumpster with them when they were done and they didn't. Someone came back at 9:30pm at night to take the dumpster so we could park in our driveway, that we also found lots of nails and staples in. We never received any picture updates throughout the day as promised. My husband ended up getting on the roof himself to see their work. He discovered they damaged our siding and found many more nails/staples in our gutters. My husband called the supervisor the next day to express all of our concerns. He ended up telling my husband that they would not replace our damaged siding and the best they would do was caulk the holes and seams they left. This was not an acceptable answer to us as we were not planning on replacing our siding anytime soon and they had even joked with us when they gave us a quote about you know you're getting a bad roofing job when the roofer thinks caulking things is the answer. The supervisor ended up yelling at my husband and hung up on him when he pressed the issue about our siding. They eventually sent us the pictures of the work they did where they purposely angled the photos to not show the damage to our siding. After all this we were still waiting for them to install a new gutter on the back deck. The manager came back out to caulk our siding since that was the only option they would do for us. To his surprise, we still didn't have a gutter so he called the workers to see when they could come back out to install it. The guy that came knocked on the door and just said gutter and pointed up to our front porch gutter. My husband took him to the back yard to install the new gutter. When he finished my husband noticed that it did not have a leaf guard like we were supposed to have. He also could not speak English, so my husband had to get Google translate out to express his concern. He called someone and gave the phone to my husband. They were a contracted company through Bone Dry and Bone Dry had ordered the wrong gutter, so we had to wait again. After 3 weeks of dealing with this company we finally had our gutter up. I hope this honest review will save someone else the headache of dealing with this highly unprofessional company. Updating to include our quote, since they want to pretend like we were not a customer of theirs. Beware of this company unless you like be yelled at, hung up on, your property damaged, and then called a liar for leaving an honest review.
