Well I believe this is a place where you have to know your nail-tech or otherwise you could get a shoddy job. I would recommend Victor, who transitioned me from acrylic to gel on my own nails and now I have 10 perfect nails all at the same time which are my own nails! No more acrylic damaging my nail bed. I will admit this salon is not for everybody because they are not the friendliest but they are also not the most expensive around either so I guess you have to weigh it out. I had my nails done before I had knee replacement surgery on May 7, It is now June 27 and they are still in tact even though they have grown out immensely. The owner allows the male staff to yell at me for simply asking if I could have the tech use my brand new nail polish and foot wash product. Instead of him speaking kindly to me he began yelling I don't understand as a way to ignore my request. Then when I showed the products to him and showed that they weren't unopened and since he couldn't understand. However he yelled and shewed it away. Then I asked for him not to speak to me in that manner. Then he got up and walked away because he didn't like to be corrected for the way his was speaking to me as a customer. Instead of the owner coming over to resolve the issue, he was just as ignorant and arrogant as the other man. I would not recommend this place to my dog. I came in to get a soak off of my acrylic nails. I'm not sure how they define a "soak off" but no water was involved! The nail tech was very rude and rough!! She literally used another acrylic nail to pop off my nails. She noticed my one nail was infected and she then proceeded to ask who in the salon did my nails because they messed up really bad. My nails are so sore and red from her just ripping them off. There was no soaking involved, just pain. I asked if I should use any type of fungus cream and she told me to use the lotion that was by the register!!!! So needless to say I will never come back to perfect nails! Unfortunately, my recent experience has forced me to take my business elsewhere. I had an appointment for 5:00 PM on July 17. I arrived on time, but I was not seen until 5:35 PM. While Kim was in the middle of my service, she stopped to attend to six other clients for eyebrow services. I was instructed to move to a pedicure station before my manicure was finished. This made it impossible to properly match my nail and toe colors, as I had to choose a color before my nails were completed. I was at the salon from 5:00 PM until 8:20 PM due to these interruptions and inefficiencies. When I realized the colors did not match, I called the next day to request a color change for my toes. Despite being there the previous night and spending over $150 (including tip), the shop refused to accommodate me without charging an additional $30. I am deeply disappointed. I expected that a 20-year relationship would warrant better customer service and respect for my time. Instead, it became clear that the business prioritizes money over long-term customer loyalty. This was a really unpleasant experience. I came in and said I wanted gel. The tech apparently asked me if I wanted a manicure with my gel. I have never been asked this- who gets a gel without the manicure? I didn't hear him properly, and I confirmed I wanted a gel- I did not know I was telling him I didn't want a manicure. When he started painting my nails without cleaning up my cuticles, I politely asked him if he would clean up my cuticles. He was very rude, and said "I asked you that!" He repeated that twice and acted super irritated. I told him I must have misunderstood him. When I mentioned I probably didn't hear him, he calmed down a bit- but seriously- his attitude was terrible. It wasn't like he had done much on my nails- he only had started a base coat. As I was getting my nails done, another tech kept poking him. I have no idea why she was doing this. It didn't seem like he liked it, as he sat stone-faced, and I was concerned she'd make him mess up. When I went back to get a second service done, the esthetician started arguing with another person- again, no idea what they were saying. No goodbye, thank you, or have a nice day when I left. The guy wanted his money and walked away. I always tip well, something that I now regret because it wasn't deserved. The next day, looking at my nails, I noticed they were uneven and messy- which I didn't immediately notice. The people in this salon are rude and disrespectful. My daughter and I have gotten eyebrow and lip waxes before (at other places) and NEVER has this happened. Our day consisted of hair appointments, waxes, shopping and dinner. I rarely get to see my college student and she does not live in Delaware . I suggested Perfect Nails because the shop I normally go to had a long wait and we were trying to get down to the outlets ASAP. I was happy to see a familiar face when I got there. Had to wait 40 minutes for someone to be able to do my nails. When someone was available their name was ugly guy. He would never tell me his real name. He refused to do pink and white on my nails as I requested because he said it was too expensive and said acrylic with gel was the way to go and would save me money. I asked for a green accent line on two nails for St Patrick's day and the line does not match with the white of the nail. He cut me three times and was very rough. Maybe he should stick to feet. It was a terrible job and I will never go there again. Don't understand when a customer asks for pink and white why they would argue about doing it. I don't post reviews often unless it is deserved. I am highly disappointed in my experience here. My sister made an appointment the day before for 9am. It was to celebrate my birthday, so I was really excited about going. She made the appointment for 3 people (my mom, sister, and me) to get our toes done. They told us it was no problem to get us in. When we arrived, there were so many people in there. I was shocked at the lack of social distancing. However, that's not the issue. They immediately took my mom back and made my sister and I sit and wait. There were empty seats next to my mom that we could have at least waited in. They never even acknowledged my sister and I. They allowed people to walk in and go ahead of us (despite having an appointment!) and completely ignored us. Half way through waiting, a woman began coughing terribly. I was extremely uncomfortable considering were in a pandemic. They did nothing about this and continued to work. Before my sister and I decided to get up and leave, we witnessed a centipede crawling over the curtains. This really put the icing on the cake for us. By this time, they still have NOT asked if we had an appointment or what we were here for. They even took people who came in AFTER us!! Like I said, I don't like posting reviews, but this place was extremely disrespectful towards customers who they don't take "regularly" despite allowing walk-ins. I recommend booking an appointment EARLY in the morning when there's nobody there. The prices are fair and worth it. I just suggest booking an appointment early and on a week day because of wait times. i have been going to this salon for almost 6 years. it used to be wonderful . i always made apointmenst with kim or her niece jen. however for the past couple months i have been going to kim . im not sure what changed with her , her customer service has become worse . i cant remember any appointments i have had with her that i was able to walk right in and straight to the chair. for the past couple months i have been wiaiting over and hour to two hours just for a gel fill. 2 appointments ago i informed her that i have been waiting 2 hours and she had the nerve to tell me she only take people who have time for her. i kept my mouth shut bacause at this point i was just irritated but this has been an on going thing with her. today i had an apt with her at 4:45 pm she calls me 25 minutes before my apt saying that the lady before me wants long nails with designs and asking if i can come in at 6pm . i told her i cant do that and she hangs up on me. i call her back and asked her why did she hang up and she accused me of doing it. at this point im just tired of all this so i asked her why is it that your asking me to come in a 6 when i made a 4:45 apt instead of informing the client in your chair that you have another cl scheduled for a 4:45pm. all she said was "im sorry honey". so then i asked her can i come in the next day same time she said no im busy . so thats when i got upset and expressed to her how is it fair to cancel my apt to then not accommodate for me any other day . the only words again that comes out her mouth is " im sorry honey" . i told her no you dont seem sorry in fact you seem to be doing this on purpose and i explain to her every apt i have with her she always makes me wait for up to 2 hours and thats not right to be overlapping apts. again she has nothing to say . i have been putting up with this for so long i even asked her is this how she treats her customers and she had the nerve to say that everytime i wait she apologizes and i still argue with her .i informed her that is a lie that i never express myself to her and she then asks me again if i can come in a 6pm. i told her i cant and she says "okay honey "and hangs up on me. im pretty much convinced she has her favorites and has been doing this on purpose. the only reason i say this is because she still talks to me about stuff i told her years ago. so she knows my name and knows the times i come in. she has very good memory. i only get one color on my nail everytime , which she even said herself. I want to say worst acrylic I have ever had but I will suffice with bad because I have never tried polished acrylics, only French Tips prior to this experience and probably only French Tips following this experience. The worst part of this was that I had a feeling in my gut that this was not going to be the best experience but still I stayed. I guess you can say this was my fault. Why this could have been much better: The Conversation - I have no idea what was going on while I was there but I do know that my manicurist did not speak a word to me other than "what color" which he said twice. The Technique - I had clipped my nails before I went in just to make sure that they wouldn't cut them because I have had that experience before. Once hte nails were glued on, he clipped them and started to shape them. He filed without care and cut me four times underneath my nails (even though I flinched everytime, I guess he didn't care). He used so much acrylic that there were still gobs under half my nails after he had finished them, not good for someone like me that messes with everything! The Paint - I picked the wrong color, totally my fault. I picked a colored glitter and it looked horrible. When the first nail was painted, I knew it was going to look bad and asked if I could get a base coat and have the glitter over it. He said no, that he would use three coats. I figured three coats would be okay if they were cured and completely dry. He did not cure them and they looked extremely tacky and they were not smooth. I waited inside with my hands near the fan until he told me I could leave. I got in my car and by the time I started my car, four nails were messed up. I went in again to have them fixed. 20 minutes later I left and they were still not dry. An hour later, the polish was STILL wet. I scraped it off and was able to remove all of the polish because it was that thick and globby. I guess you get what you pay for but I would rather spend $5 more and not be bleeding when I leave. read more

Horrible will never return to this business! Waited 1 hour before being called back. Another customer walked in about half hour after I did and was seated right away. Same pedicure requested. I approached to ask when i was going to be called back and one of the men joked (the situation certainly was NOT funny to me) another one hour. WTF. The lady never engaged in any conversation as the other lady next to me. (the one they allowed to skip me) She grabbed me very roughly and tossed my leg like she was upset or something. By the way, the other lady was seated about 15 minutes or so before me and we finished at the same time. My pedicure was totally rushed! (Never again for $35.00 you will never get another dime from me and I would never patronize your business again. I went into Perfect Nails today looking to get my nails done, the young lady I went to first only does acrylic, so I asked could she point me in the direction of someone who's good to do my hard gel and she and the lady who sits next to her told me to go to table one, she's good. I go to table 1 and ask for an appointment because they recommended she was the best after me explaining that I like someone who is meticulous when it comes to my hands and feet. Needless to say she was very unprofessional! When I asked for an appointment her response was anybody can do it. I told her I didn't want anyone doing my nails from previous bad experiences and I prefer to stick to one person doing my services. She refused services to me stating how if I'm too picky she's not doing them. Never going back.. I went here twice, the first time was great the guy who did my pedicure was awesome! The second time another guy did it and it was the worst pedicure ever. Not only did it hurt but he cut the sides of my nail way to short and I got TWO ingrown toenails which ended up getting infected. Called to see if they had any appointments because with the whole covid thing, i know that a lot of places are by appointment only so i called just to make sure. They said they could take me at 11. Got there a couple minutes early. Went in and sanitized and then wrote on this paper. They asked us to write on one when anyone came in just to agree that we don't have covid symptoms etc. Time is passing by and it's already 11:15 and i totally understand it by being behind because these places just have recently opened back up and people have gone months without getting their feet, hands, eyebrows or whatever else done. I've been waiting for 40 minutes now. A women walks in with her child and says she has an appointment at 11:30 and they take her right in. Meanwhile i've been waiting for almost 40 minutes. I finally got to go back after waiting for a nice 45 minutes. I showed the lady doing my nails what i wanted and i told her i wanted a full set of acrylics and for the nails to be different colors. I had a reference photo too. She made a big deal about me wanting that and was like complaining about it. I felt kinda embarrassed because i just wanted what i wanted and she was loud about it. She was super rough with my nails and it hurt so bad to the point where i wanted to cry because it stung. She was like "well your nails are flimsy". I knew this because i work with dogs and sometimes they get chipped and messed up and gross. She rushed through my whole nail appointment. Then a lady came in for a pedi. Everything has slowed down now and they took her back immediately. Then as she was walking to the seat, the women doing my nails pretty sure her name was Jen and the other girls was Sandy. They started to make fun of the women and whisper and laugh as she walked by. After she rushed through my nails which only took a good 30 minutes to do. she told me it would be $50. and i went up to pay. and tipped her $10 because i know times are rough and you should always tip those who are doing you a service. But i know i'll never go back again. I was so upset with the way they treated others there, and how i was treated. Tried to make conversation with the women that did my nails and she didn't say anything to me. and then yelled at me to keep one hand in the dryer but i couldn't understand well because i'm hard at hearing. This was the worst nails experience I have ever gotten. One of the techs was extremely rude to my friend. She was trying to clock out at 7 even though they close at 8pm. Terrible! I was really looking forward to getting a mani and pedi and I was completely disappointed! I was looking forward to a calf/foot massage with the pedi but apparently this is the only place that doesn't do that for a pedi. They cut my nails way too short that I'm not starting to receive a hang nail. My mani chipped after 4 days, my nails weren't even filed down evenly.
