Pretty sad... Due to the owners attitude towards me and not making her mistake right for me? My first review of this place was a five star for a very nice technician, and today a one star, due to not having a zero star. Wowwww! Drove here...25 min away. Walked in...had an appointment. The owner sitting at her desk working on a client asked me can I help you lady? I said I have an appointment. She looked at her book. She says oh you're booked for tomorrow. I said well that's strange. I called and booked for today and I spoke with this gentleman here who is standing there? I believe it's her husband. I have been gone here for a while. My technician is on vacation this week and I was planning to see someone else I have to say it was the most rude experience ever. I feel bad because I plan to never go back here because of the owner. She is very rude and she could have somehow worked it out so I was worked in. She was not apologetic at all. I have never been treated so rudely at a salon steer clear of this place. Do not give them your business. There are too many technicians out there. Too many places that are nice. This place is a complete dump. read more

this is the worst nail salon!! the lady is very disrespectful she messed up my nails and cut my skin open. my friend was also with me and she tried to tell her that she has no nails. they are impatient and my nails are extremely bumpy and so are my friends. the vibe is terrible and they left after i called the cops because they wouldnt give me a refund. then they left at 5:33 pm, and they close at 8. The owners have had an attitude both times I've been there. They are rude and rush through your nails, and won't always fix mistakes they make. The color selection in very slim and act extremely bothered when you ask to change since the colors do not match the shade they are on the display. Super unhygienic and unprofessional as one woman walks around barefoot. Will not be back. read more

Awful!! Called ahead and said we had 3 people which included my friends daughter. We get there and they tell us her daughter can't get her toes done??? After telling us she could?? AWFUL!! One of the girls didn't even finish doing her toes. And the owner I think was just on her phone talking real loud practically screaming. Not a good place to relax. read more

Good experience and cheap prices. Very cheap, old massage chairs. I got a regular polish pedicure. It was honestly very nice but they don't put a base coat or top coat on after applying color polish. I'm pretty sure my toe nail polish will chip right off in the next few days. But they look good! read more

Really didn't like this place. i came in showed a picture of coffin shaped nails and they gave me flared square tips. my nail tech seemed annoyed when i asked to go shorter and said he would later and he didn't so the shape and length weren't what i asked for. and his reaction when i asked him to go shorter made me too uncomfortable to point out that the shape wasn't what i asked for. the acrylic on my nails is lopsided and thick in some parts and thin in the other so my nails look wavy. i'm not even bothering going back to get them fixed i would rather go somewhere better. it didn't seem very clean anyway. but the young lady who painted my nails was very nice read more
